Abstract

Penelitian ini meninjau lebih jauh bagaimana pengaruh Produk, harga, promosi, pelayanan, suasana toko dan lokasi dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen pada mini market Indomaret Jl. Piere Tendean Sukorejo ? Sumbersari Jember.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan pada sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Hasil dari data yang telah diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan pendekatan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis berupa uji simultan (F) dan parsial (t).Hasil analisis statistik uji t diperoleh bahwa variabel produk (X1) menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,029, variabel harga (X2) menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,040, variabel promosi (X3) menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,021, variabel pelayanan (X4) menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,024, variabel suasana toko (X5) menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,021, variabel lokasi (X6) menunjukkan nilai signifikasi 0,029. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa signifikasi 0,000, menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, harga, promosi, pelayanan, suasana toko, dan lokasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci : produk, harga, promosi, pelayanan, suasana toko, lokasi, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu makanan  yang dihasilkan UMKM yang ada di Jawa Timur  mendesak untuk segera dilakukan. Peningkatan mutu makanan ini terkait erat dengan keunggulan bersaing UMKM. Jika mutu makanan yang dihasilkan UMKM baik  maka keunggulan bersaing UMKM  akan meningkat. Keunggulan  bersaing  merupakan  salah  satu  faktor  yang  mempengaruhi keberlanjutan  suatu  organisasi.  UMKM   merupakan  salah  satu organisasi  yang  memiliki  tingkat  persaingan  yang  sangat  tinggi  karena sektor makanan ini merupakan sektor yang mempunyai banyak peminat.  Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kompetensi SDM dan penerapan budaya organisasi  terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada UMKM pangan yang ada di Jawa Timur. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pimpinan UMKM  yang ada di Jawa Timur yang meliputi 6 kabupaten. Adapun Kabupaten yang menjadi obyek penelitian adalah Kabupaten Jember, Bondowoso, Situbondo, Banyuwangi dan Kabupaten Lumajang dengan jumlah UMKM sebanyak  85.500. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling  untuk setiap kabupaten yang ada. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh  sebanyak 133 UMKM yang menjadi responden.   Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM Makanan di Jawa Timur dan  budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UMKM Makanan di Jawa Timur. Kata Kunci: keunggulan kompetitif, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi, UMKM, kinerja

Abstract

UD Bahari Jaya Lumajang Regency will experience fluctuating employee retention in 2023. This research aims to examine the influence of employee involvement, employee training and organizational culture on employee retention at UD Bahari Jaya Lumajang Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods that are associative in nature. The data source in this research is a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used is all employees at UD Bahari Jaya, Lumajang Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the sample consisted of 50 respondents. The analysis method uses a series of multiple linear regression analysis. This research shows that employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee retention at UD Bahari Jaya, Lumajang Regency; employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee retention at UD Bahari Jaya, Lumajang Regency; organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee retention at UD Bahari Jaya, Lumajang Regency; Employee involvement, employee training, and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee retention at UD Bahari Jaya, Lumajang Regency. The variables of employee engagement, employee training, and overall organizational culture can influence employee retention by 78.7%. The remaining 21.3% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this research.

Abstract

The work environment encompasses various elements around employees that can affect their job performance. This includes physical factors such as room layout, lighting, and temperature, as well as non-physical elements like social interactions, work atmosphere, and company policies. If these elements are neglected, it can lead to disruptions in employee performance. Conversely, a supportive work environment can enhance motivation and enthusiasm, leading to increased efficiency and productivity. A pleasant work environment can create a calm atmosphere while working, while adequate facilities play a crucial role in improving performance. This study aims to thoroughly evaluate how various factors, such as the work environment conditions, conflicts, workload, and compensation, affect employee performance at Puskesmas Wuluhan. To achieve this objective, a causality method was applied involving 76 respondents selected through a saturation sampling technique, ensuring that all relevant members of the population were included in the sample. The results of multiple linear regression analysis reveal that both the work environment and compensation have a significant impact on employee performance, indicating that improvements in these aspects can substantially enhance performance. Conversely, the study found that conflicts and workload do not have a significant effect on employee performance at Puskesmas Wuluhan, suggesting that these factors may have less influence on performance compared to the work environment and compensation.
