Abstract

This study aims to describe the feasibility of the structural and developmental modules of ethno-STEM based plant reproductive organs according to expert validation. The research method used was Borg & Gall development research which consisted of the first five stages, namely Research and information collection, Planning, Developing preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, and Revising main product. The data collection instrument was carried out by interviews, student needs questionnaires, material expert validation questionnaires, and media expert validation questionnaires which were then analyzed using a likert scale. The research data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the Ethno-STEM Based Plant Reproductive Organs Structure and Development Module obtained a score of 85 from the material validator in the moderately valid category and 84 from the media validator in the moderately valid category. Based on the validation results of material experts and media experts, the Ethno-STEM Based Plant Reproductive Organs Structure and Development Module can be said to be quite valid with small revisions, so that it can be used as a learning medium to help students master learning objectives after revisions are carried out.

Abstract

Pada tanggal 15 Agustus 2023 Ny.M Akseptor KB suntik 3 bulan datang ke pustu klamesen kabupaten sorong untuk melakukkan KB. Pengetahuan ibu tentang alat kontrasepsi ibu mengatakan bahwa kontrasepsi merupakan cara menunda kehamilan dan KB suntik adalah salah satu KB yang efektif ia lakukan setiap 3 bulan sekali. Asuhan kebidanan keluarga berencana yang diberikan secara komprehensif kepada ibu selama menentukkan pilihan alat kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan hingga pada saat melakukkan pilihan yang telah di setujui dan di pilih oleh ibu. Asuhan ini diberikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan manajemen varney dan pendokumentasian dengan metode SOAP. Pelaksanaan Asuhan Kebidanan Keluarga Berencana di mulai pada bulan Agustus-November 2023 di wilayah kerja pustu klamesen kabupaten sorong dengan Ny. M sebagai responden untuk melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan keluarga berencana. Asuhan kebidanan keluarga berencana terdapat banyak pilihan/jenis alat kontrasepsi. Yaitu pil, injeksi, AKDR dan sterilisasi. Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) dan non MKJP. MKJP yang terdiri dari Intra Uterine Device (IUD), Metode Operasi Pria (MOP), Metode Operasi Wanita (MOW), dan implant, sedangkan non MKJP terdiri dari kondom, pil, dan non MKJP. MKJP yang terdiri dari Intra Uterine Device (IUD), Metode Operasi Pria (MOP), Metode Operasi Wanita (MOW), dan implant, sedangkan non MKJP terdiri dari kondom, pil, dan suntik.
