Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze marketing channel, marketing institution, marketing function, marketing margin, marketing cost, marketing profit, corn farmer's share, marketing efficiency of maize in various channel in Kalampangan village. The results showed that: (1) marketing of corn in Kalampangan village there are two kinds of channels, where channel I involves four institutions namely: farmers, merchants village, retailers, and consumers. While channel II involves two institutions only, namely, farmers as traders and consumers. Maize's marketing functions are: sales function, purchasing function, storage function, transport function and facility function. (2) From calcution result at Marketing Channel I, total marketing margin of maize in Kalampangan Villge is Rp. 3.860,-/kg, total cost of corn marketing is Rp. 310,-/kg, total profit of corn marketing is Rp. 3.550,-/kg and the result obtained by corn farmer are 58,04%. From calculating result at Marketing Channel II, total margin of maize in Kalampangan Village is Rp. 2.160,-/kg, total cost of corn marketing is Rp. 310,-/kg, total profit of corn marketing is Rp. 1.850,-/kg and the result obtained by corn farmer are 71,20%. (3) marketing efficiency at Marketing Channel I equal to 41.96%, and on Marketing Channel II is 28,80%. Marketing efficiency value in Channel I is lower than marketing efficiency II, it is considered more efficient marketing Channel II.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income received by breeders in conducting laying chicken breeding for one period of maintenance and analyzing the R/C ratio of laying chicken in one period of maintenance. This research was carried out in the Rajawali Poultry Shop and Satwa Mandiri Farm in the city of Palangka Raya. The research method is Purposive sampling method with the reason that the laying chicken breeding business has a sufficient scale of business and has more livestock populations. Based on the results of the research on the Rajawali Poultry Shop laying hens, it is known that the income of the Rajawali Poultry Shop laying hens is Rp. 1,378,263,000 in one maintenance period with a total of 20,440 chickens raised and the results of the calculation of the level of business efficiency R/C ratio of 1.13 then the livestock breeding of Rajawali Poultry Shop is suitable to run. As for the chicken farms of the Mandiri Farm animal laying race, based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the income of the Livestock Mandiri Farm laying hens is Rp. 2,998,411,000 in one maintenance period with a total of 31,010 chickens raised and based on the calculation of the efficiency level of the R/C ratio of 1.17, the livestock breeding of Satwa Mandiri Farm is feasible to run.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana marketing mix yang digunakan diKelompok Tampung Parei, untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadikekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, ancaman dengan metode analisis IFAS dan EFAS dan untukmerumuskan alternatif strategi yang memungkinkan untuk diterapkan di Kelompok TampungParei dengan Matriks SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Industri rumahtangga pengolahan abon ikan gabus Kelompok Tampung Parei sudah menjalankan strategimarketing mix, yaitu produk abon ikan gabus memiliki merek produk dengan nama “LaokBehau”, harga jual produk abon ikan gabus yaitu sebesar Rp.50.000/100 gr, saluran distribusiyaitu saluran pemasaran langsung yaitu industri menerima pesanan abon ikan Gabus dari parakonsumen, dan saluran tidak langsung, industri Kelompok Tampung Parei telah berkerjasamadengan beberapa agen penjual, Kegiatan promosi dilakukan dengan personal selling; (2)Kekuatan utama dalam industri rumah tangga Kelompok Tampung Parei berada pada variabelperizinan produk memberikan kepercayaan kepada konsumen dengan skor 0,68. Kelemahanutamanya berada pada variabel peralatan produksi yang sederhana dengan skor 0,48. Peluangutama industri rumah tangga kelompok tamping parei berada pada variabel adanya perhatianpemerintah dan peluang pasar yang masih terbuka luas dengan skor 1,36. Selanjutnyaancaman utama berada pada variabel adanya persaingan usaha dengan skor 1,26; (3)Alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan pada industri rumah tangga kelompok tampung pareiadalah strategi SO yaitu dengan memanfaatkan dukungan pemerintah dalam memperluasjaringan distribusi dan daerah pemasaran produk, mengingat peluang pasar yang masihterbuka dengan berkembangnya wisata di daerah Kalimantan Tengah, khususnya di KotaPalangka Raya dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi untukpengembangan industri, melalui penggunaan alat teknologi dalam proses produksi yang dapatmemberikan kemudahan dalam pengolahannya dan dapat mengurangi lama produksinya,penggunaan teknologi informasi yang tepat guna juga dapat membantu dalam kegiatanpromosi.

Abstract

Sikap petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan dan kegiatan pada KUD KaryaTani di Desa Pandu Sanjaya, Kecamatan Pangkalan Lada, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barattermasuk dalam kriteria baik. Sikap ini dipengaruhi oleh 4 indikator variabel antara lain: 1).Sikap petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan pinjaman; 2). Penilaian sikappetani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan penyediaan pupuk; 3). Penilaian sikappetani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerja pelayanan pembagian SHU; 4). Penilaian sikappetani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kegiatan kinerja Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) daniuran tahunan. Dengan demikian, penilaian sikap petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadappelayanan dan kegiatan Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Karya Tani di Desa Pandu Sanjaya,Kecamatan Pangkalan Lada, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat termasuk dalam keriteria “Baik”.Sementara permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh petani plasma kelapa sawit terhadap kinerjapelayanan dan kegiatan KUD Karya Tani di Desa Pandu Sanjaya yaitu masalah dalamketerbatasan penyediaan pupuk, terbatasnya stok pupuk yang ada di KUD Karya Tanimembuat anggota petani plasma harus mencarinya di luar untuk memenuhi jumlah pupukyang diperlukan. Masalah lain yang dihadapi oleh KUD Karya Tani yaitu masalah dalam halpelayanan, KUD Karya Tani membatasi pinjaman untuk anggota plasma sebesar Rp30.000.000,-. Hal ini berdampak pada petani plasma kelapa sawit dalam memenuhikeperluannya.
