Abstract

This research analyzes the financial performance of PT. Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk during the period of 2019-2022 using financial ratios. The purpose of this study is to assess the company's financial performance through liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements. The analysis shows a significant improvement in liquidity ratios, with the Current Ratio increasing from 110% in 2019 to 254% in 2022. Solvency ratios show fluctuation but reflect an overall decrease in the proportion of debt. The activity ratios indicate enhanced operational efficiency, while profitability ratios demonstrate consistent growth in net profit margin, return on equity, and return on investment. These findings suggest that PT. Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk has strengthened its financial position, improving efficiency and profitability amidst industry challenges.   Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk selama periode 2019-2022 menggunakan rasio keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan melalui rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, aktivitas, dan profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Analisis menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam rasio likuiditas, dengan Current Ratio meningkat dari 110% pada 2019 menjadi 254% pada 2022. Rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan fluktuasi tetapi mencerminkan penurunan proporsi utang secara keseluruhan. Rasio aktivitas mencerminkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional, sementara rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang konsisten dalam Nett Profit Margin, Return On Equity, dan Return On Investment. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Teknologi Karya Digital Nusa Tbk telah memperkuat posisinya secara finansial, meningkatkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas di tengah tantangan industri.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of training in improving employee performance at PT. Banyumas Raya Transportation. Competent and skilled human resources are very important in achieving company goals, especially in an era of intense competition. Training is one of the main strategies to improve employee skills and knowledge. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, which involves interviews with HRD and documentation in the form of recordings related to training that has been carried out over the last three years. The research results show that the training carried out is more focused on drivers, while employees in other divisions have not received specific training. Even though training provides insight and knowledge, its effectiveness is still less than optimal because it does not involve all divisions as a whole. This research aims to ensure that companies provide more targeted training for all divisions, as well as carry out regular evaluations of the training programs that have been implemented. So, it is hoped that employee performance can increase significantly

Abstract

This study evaluates the cashless payment system policy in the Buy The Service program of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, focusing on the Trans Banyumas service in the Banyumas Regency. The digitization of payment systems in the transportation sector is expected to improve operational efficiency and transaction transparency and shift people's payment patterns from cash to cashless. However, implementing this policy still faces challenges, including technical constraints and user preferences for payment methods. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using William Dunn's evaluation theory and data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the cashless payment system has effectively enhanced transaction efficiency and transparency. However, there is a gap in payment methods, as most passengers prefer e-money cards over QRIS. This preference is influenced by limited internet access and the 90-minute integration fare policy, which only applies to e-money cards. Thus, it can be concluded that the cashless payment system policy in the public transportation service of the Buy The Service Trans Banyumas program has made a positive contribution but still requires optimization, particularly in equalizing the integration fare policy and improving payment infrastructure.
