Abstract

The right production design at a company will get effectiveness and more production efficiency, including the plan for material requirements or raw materials used by the company. In essence, planning to meet the needs of the material in a company is expected to produce an appropriate system to be applied, therefore making the production process smooth. Where this research aims to compile Material Requirement Planning (MRP) with lot-sizing technique, then compare the results to obtain the optimal combination of raw material procurement. The use of time series method on-demand uses past data, namely the last two years and the forecasting results use the additive decomposition method because this method gets a minimum error value. By using POM, the demand prediction for one year is 6951 scores. Meanwhile, the MPS results on the raw material for one year of songkok required 488 pcs of velvet cloth, 1391 kg of pelisir and 6951 scores of bos-bosan.  From the MRP results, the PPB technique is the most optimal for planning the raw material needs of velvet, lining and boredom by ordering the purchase of natural velvet fabric as much as six times, pelisir 1 time and bos-bosan as 6 times.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how stock prices represent the company's valuation as a consequence of the company's financial performance in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research design used is quantitative research using secondary data obtained from the company's annual publication report and other reports relevant to this study. Annual publication reports can be accessed both on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (https://www.idx.co.id/) and on the official website of each company. Population data of public mining companies is obtained through the Osiris database. Based on the search results, it is known that the number of public mining companies on the IDX is 30 companies. Furthermore, the number of companies that can be analyzed is 20, considering that all the required data is available in the 2019-2022 period. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis using the Stata 13 application. The panel data test results show that ROA and working capital have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while company growth has no impact on stock prices. The results of this study provide theoretical implications related to positive signals from investors on the company's ability to generate profits and efficient working capital management for the benefit of investors and other parties related to the company

Abstract

Green training is an educational approach that incorporates environmental themes to promote company sustainability across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence that green training conducted by the board of directors, the board of commissioners, and the independent commissioners has on the organization's performance in the environment. It focuses on public corporations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and involved in the mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction industries. Panel data analysis with the OLS approach (the pooled OLS model) was conducted on 105 firm-year observations using the STATA MP13 application. The findings indicate that green training substantially and positively impacts the environmental performance of mining, quarrying, and oil and gas extraction companies at each board level. The robustness test performed fits with this finding. Several control variables, namely firm size and return on assets, were found to affect environmental performance, while board size, firm age, leverage, and ownership did not. JEL: M53, O39, Q56.

Abstract

Sustainable village development (village SDGs) is a form of implementation and contribution of villages in achieving national SDGs. BUMDes, as a business entity in the village area, has a significant role in village SDGs. Community Service (PKM) activities focus on literacy in managing sustainable BUMDes businesses by orienting themselves towards profit aspects and considering the village's social and environmental aspects. Therefore, PKM aims to increase knowledge of sustainability reports as a source of information in BUMDes' strategic decision-making. Participants in this PKM activity involved village heads and BUMDes administrators in 6 (six) villages that are members of the Association of Indonesian Village Governments (APDESI) in Wolasi District, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Six villages were implemented, focusing on Wolasi District, South Konawe Regency, involving 20 BUMDes administrators. The PKM implementation method uses three approaches, namely active presentations, discussions, and exercises. The results of the PKM activity showed the participants' enthusiasm for actively participating in each activity session. The evaluation results also demonstrated increased participants' understanding of aspects of village sustainability in general and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in particular, as well as the role of sustainability reports as a critical source of information in supporting sustainable decision-making. The results of the PKM activities are expected to serve as a reference for the sustainable development of BUMDes managers who are members of APDESI in Wolasi District.
