Abstract

This is research aims to influence  of  work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and work stress on public teacher’s job satisfaction at the Public High School  at Brebes District . This  research  was conducted in four Public High School. Primary data by the method of survey with questionnaires from 100 responden to the scale Likert with hypothesis used this research.  The techniques of processing and analysis data used linear regression analysis.   Result of the analysis performed revealed that there are positive effect of variable work discipline of teacher ‘s job satisfaction positive influence motivational variable of teacher’s job satisfaction, positive influence on organizational culture variables job satisfaction of the teacher, negative effect of work stress variables on teachers job satisfaction and positive influence of work discipline, motivation, and organizaonal culture stress work simultaneously on teacher’ job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research examines the organizationa justice include distributive justice compensation and pocedural justicecompensation to employess performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The population inthis study were all nurse employees in RSU DR. H. RM. SOESELO in Slawi, Tegal District are totaling 142 people.Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questionnaires directly to the resp4.ondent. Data analysistechniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated by AMOS 21. Theresults showed that distributive justce compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, procedural justicecompensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction, distributive justice compensation are not significsantly toemployees performance, procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance, jobsatisfaction significant positive effect on employees performace, job satisfaction as a mediating influence ofdistributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerjakaryawan, dengan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel mediating dalam DepartemenPertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan (DKPP), Kabupaten Tegal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalampenelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Seluruh pegawai PNS di DPKP Kabupaten Tegal sebanyak 41orang diberi kuesioner. Data dari penelitian ini diuji dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS.Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah motivasi berpengaruh signifi kan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dankesimpulan kedua adalah motivasi berpengaruh signifi kan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kesimpulan ketigaadalah motiavtion yang berpengaruh secara signifi kan terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulan keempat adalahkepuasan kerja tidak mempengaruhi disiplin kerja, dan kesimpulan kelima adalah kepuasan kerjajuga tidak berdampak pada kinerja. Kesimpulan keenam adalah kedisiplinan penyimpangan kinerja.Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja merupakan variabel yang memediasi hubunganantara motivasi terhadap kinerja Departemen Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Tegal.
