Abstract

Salah satu sumber energi alternatif yang dapat bersaing dengan energi konvensional adalah biomassayang mana dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan briket bioarang. Biomassa yang memilikikadar selulosa tinggi dan dapat ditemukan dalam jumlah besar diantaranya adalah sekam padi dan ecenggondok. Sekam padi merupakan limbah atau hasil samping dari proses penggilingan padi yang masihbelum dimanfaatkan dengan optimal. Sedangkan eceng gondok merupakan gulma yang tumbuh di seluruhpermukaan air dengan sangat cepat. Biomassa memiliki nilai kalori yang tidak terlalu tinggi, sehinggadalam pemanfaatannya dapat dicampurkan dengan batubara untuk meningkatkan kualitas biomassatersebut. Metode pembuatan briket bioarang dari campuran batubara dan biomassa sekam padi dan ecenggondok secara garis besar melalui tahapan pembersihan, pengeringan, karbonisasi, pencampuran danpencetakan. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan adalah temperatur karbonisasi dan komposisicampuran sekam padi, eceng gondok dan batubara. Temperatur karbonisasi yang digunakan yaitu 300 oC,350 oC, 400 oC, 450 oC dan 500 oC. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, kondisi optimal dari temperaturkarbonisasi sekam padi dan eceng gondok pada 300 oC dan batubara pada 500 oC. Sedangkan komposisicampuran bahan baku yang paling optimal sehingga dihasilkan briket bioarang kualitas terbaik yaitudengan komposisi 10% sekam padi : 50% eceng gondok : 40% batubara, dimana nilai kalor sebesar 5100kal/gr, kadar air lembab 7,71%, kadar abu 15,28 %, kadar zat terbang 33,45%, kadar karbon terkandung43,56 % dan waktu penyalaan selama 8,1 menit.

Abstract

Coal is a hydrocarbon fuel consisting of a mixture of substances containing carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and containing less sulfur and nitrogen. Utilization of coal as fuel, especially in large scale causes methane gas emissions that can increase the impact of global warming, causing a decrease in environmental quality. Methane gas emissions in coal combustion are influenced by coal proximate and ultimate analysis. Proximate analysis includes moisture content, volatile matter, and fixed carbon, while ultimate analysis is carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. This study aims to determine the analysis of the effect of proximate, ultimate, and caloric value of methane emissions in coal combustion. This research is experimental, using quantitative method with descriptive and associative approach. The effect of proximate analysis, the lower the calorific value, the higher content moisture, the time and duration of coal combustion will be longer. Coal 5674 cal / gr, burning time 65 minutes, combustion length 39 minutes, moisture content 14.85%, coal 5747 cal / gr, burning time 60 minutes, duration of burning 31 minutes, moisture content 14.71%, coal 5617 cal / gr, burning time 49 minutes, combustion length 28 minutes, moisture content 12.17%, while coal 6992 cal / gr combustion time 38 minutes, combustion time only 4 minutes, and mosisture content 3.53%. Volatile matter in coal will affect the incubation period, the higher the volatile matter of the incubation period the faster. Coal 5617 cal / g incubation period 21 minutes, volatile matter 39.20%, coal 5674 cal / gr incubation period 26 minutes, volatile matter 38.39%, coal 5747 cal / gr, incubation period 29 minutes, volatile matter 39,30 %. For coal 6992 cal / gr incubation period 34 minutes, volatile matter 18.13%. The effect of ultimate analysis, the higher the carbon content, the higher the fixed carbon content, and the lower the hydrogen, the higher the calorific value of the coal and the less methane gas emissions. While the higher the oxygen content, the more burned the coal will be, the faster the incubation time and the longer burning time, so that the emissions of methane gas out into the atmosphere will be more and more.

Abstract

Usually applying for a job one has to prepare supporting documents, one of which is a CV or Curiculum Vitae. However, in this globalization era, people usually make CVs as attractive as possible to attract users to continue to the next stage. Therefore, many people use platforms, applications or websites that can make an attractive CV, one of which is the Canva application. Canva is a graphic design application used to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. This application provides a variety of design examples to use. Canva consists of two types of services, namely free and paid. For paid services, Canva provides Canva Pro and Canva for Enterprise. In addition, users can also pay for products physically to be printed and shipped. Muhammadiyah 3 South Tangerang Vocational School, which was established on July 1 2009, has two Department Programs, namely Business Management with Accounting Skills Competency and Informatics Technology with Computer Network Engineering Skills Competency. Because of this, we hope that this training on making CVs can help friends at school to make CVs and later can be used to apply for jobs when friends have graduated from the Vocational School.
