Abstract

Lockers is a space reserved to store an object. Sometimes to obtain a locker key, one must wait quite a long time, this is because the lending system lock his locker still manually. Moreover, after getting a locker key, the user locker lockers must find address corresponding to the key number. But still, it should be given priority is the safety of locker system itself is still worrying. Today the use of RFID technology has been widely used in Indonesia, the use of RFID was mainly used for maintaining the security of a system. This study was made with the aim to create a prototype MFRC522 lockers use RFID-based Arduino UNO. Where these tools will make it easier for someone to save or store goods and speed up lending transactions locker key to guard or reception using RFID as a tool to read lockers that are still available or empty and locker numbers that will appear on the LCD and unlocked lockers that are automatic. Final results lockers with RFID MFRC522 based Arduino UNO has been successfully made and tested. RFID tags that can be read and locker numbers that appear on the LCD is empty and open.

Abstract

Reclamation and landfilling activities within protected zones pose serious threats to ecosystem sustainability by altering natural land–water interactions and violating the essential functions of Singkarak Lake’s riparian buffer. This study aims to map the extent of reclamation, examine legal violations related to spatial and environmental permits, and assess ecological and economic losses. A mixed-methods approach was used, including geospatial analysis, normative legal review, and ecocentric valuation of environmental damage. Results show that 2,976 m² of land was illegally reclaimed within the protected lake boundary. Overlay with the regional spatial plan confirms non-compliance with zoning regulations and the absence of required permits. The total estimated loss amounts to Rp 3,383,291,152, largely driven by disrupted hydrological functions and reduced land utility.
