Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted on first grade students of SD Negeri Coban Blimbing 2 Wonorejo Pasuruan, due to the existence of problems namely the learning outcomes of Indonesian language subjects especially loud reading is still low. Through word-of-mouth media this problem is tried to be improved and improved. The procedure of this study was conducted in two cycles of steps in each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Student learning outcomes in the final test presentation of students completing learning in the initial conditions 35.00% became 60.00% in the first cycle increased by 25.00% and became 95.00% and in the second cycle increased 35.00%, the average value the class from the initial condition 57.50 to 70.00 in the first cycle increased 12.50 points and became 81.75 in the second cycle it increased 11.75 points.Keywords: reading skills, reading loud, media of learning

Abstract

Based on observations made in the first class of SDN Coban Blimbing 2, the majority of students cannot read. Namely, of the 34 students who were able to recognize letters only 40% of the remaining students were 60% who were able to recognize letters but could not yet read. This condition is caused when in learning teachers rarely use teaching aids that can help students to make it easier to recognize letters, words and sentences. This study uses a class action research design (CAR). The average value of students always increases every cycle, which is from 50.00% in the first cycle, up to 70.60% in the second cycle and in the third cycle to 88.23%. This shows that learning through letter card games can improve learning outcomes of class I students of SDN Coban Blimbing 2.Keywords: reading skills, media of learning, letter card games

Abstract

Krisis merupakan suatu situasi yang menyulitkan sebuah perusahaan dan terdapat beberapa bagian di dalamnya sebagai akibat dari sebuah situasi yang menjadikan sebuah dampak negatif terhadap perusahaan. Komunikasi yang digunakan ketika menghadapi krisis disebut dengan komunikasi krisis yang berarti pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan penyebaran dari informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam mengatasi kondisi krisis yang berawal dari tahap pra-krisis hingga pasca-krisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen krisis pada masa pandemi di PT. Berkah Wong Cilik. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post positivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode wawancara dengan total dua informan kunci dan satu informan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen krisis yang diterapkan oleh PT. Berkah Wong Cilik "Shabu Hachi" pada masa pandemi adalah dengan menerapkan empat langkah, yaitu: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling. Dengan penerapan keempat langkah tersebut, Shabu Hachi berhasil mengatasi krisis yang dilanda akibat masa Covid-19.
