Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, work ethic, and employee performance on production results within an organization. Data were collected through a survey of employees and analyzed using linear regression to examine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results indicate that employee performance and work ethic have a positive and significant impact on production results, meaning that the better the performance and work ethic of employees, the higher the production output achieved. Conversely, work culture shows a negative effect on production results, suggesting that certain aspects of the existing work culture may need improvement to better support productivity enhancement. The regression model used in this study demonstrates that work culture, work ethic, and employee performance can explain a significant portion of the variation in production results, although other external factors may also contribute. Therefore, organizations need to evaluate their existing work culture and develop strategies to improve work ethic and employee performance. Measures such as training programs, incentive schemes, and improvements in the work environment can help optimize productivity and enhance production outcomes.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan bentuk usaha masyarakat. UMKM mempunyai peranan penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat dan perekonomian suatu Negara. Dari munculnya UMKM ini terciptanya lapangan kerja yang bisa mensejahterahkan masyarakat. Ardani Indonesia sebagai UMKM berbasis industri kreatif dengan usahanya bergerak di bidang pembuatan tas. Ardani Indonesia memiliki andil dalam memajukan industri kreatif dan perekonomian Negara. Ardani Indonesia melakukan kreativitas dan inovasi pada setiap produknya serta membuka lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung kelanggengan usaha Ardani Indonesia. 2) Untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat kelanggengan usaha Ardani Indonesia. 3) Untuk mengetahui cara mempertahankan kelanggengan usaha Ardani Indonesia.Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) observasi, (2) wawancara (3) dokumentasi. Untuk menguji objektivitas dan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi merupakan teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang memanfaatkan sesuatu yang lain di luar data itu untuk keperluan pengecekan atau sebagai pembanding.Hasil penelitian menyatakan : 1) Faktor-Faktor yang Mendukung Kelanggengan Usaha Ardani Indonesia sebagai UMKM berbasis Industri Kreatif antara lain : Harga yang terjangkau membuat konsumen membeli, Kualitas produk yang bagus, Produk yang sesuai kebutuhan konsumen, Pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan baik, Memiliki pelayanan baik terhadap konsumen. 2) Faktor yang Menghambat Kelanggengan Usaha Ardani Indonesia sebagai UMKM berbasis Industri Kreatif antara lain : Permodalan yang sedikit, Kurangnya jejaring sosial yang efektif dalam promosi, Pemasaran yang kurang massif, Masih mengandalkan merk lain dalam berusahanya, Jarang menciptakan produk baru. 3) Cara Mempertahankan Usaha Ardani Indonesia sebagai UMKM berbasis Industri Kreatif antara lain : Menambah kapasitas produksi, Menambah model produk untuk menarik konsumen, Melakukan promosi yang lebih massif, Mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan UMKM untuk menambah jejaring sosial dan menambah pengetahuan, Membuka toko baru di daerah yang strategis, Menjaga kualitas produk agar konsumen setia.  Kata Kunci: Kelanggengan, Ardani Indonesia, Industri Kecil

Abstract

The problem of waste is one of the problems that has become a concern for various parties, it cannot be denied that every day there must be waste that must be disposed of, both from industry and from households in the form of solid or liquid waste plastic or in the form of other waste. Discussion of waste processing has been around for years, in line with the increasingly developing industry and increasingly dense housing. Population growth accompanied by the high flow of urbanization to cities as a result of modernization, has led to an increasing volume of waste that must be managed every day Purwodinatan sub-district is part of the sub-districts that participate in the management of waste banks, however, it is felt that waste banks still need to be given an understanding of improving management maximally within the management system. On this occasion, activities for the community focused on providing insight and knowledge of waste bank management with Green Skill Training management that regulates administration with the aim of administratively managing waste banks better. The activity was carried out by providing material in a seminar forum attended by waste bank managers from the RW001 management consisting of five RTs, each represented by three people: the Chairperson, Treasurer, and Secretary. This community service activity can increase insight and knowledge not only for waste bank managers but also encourage community participation in waste bank activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives, overtime, and employee performance on work outcomes at PT Sumber Mitra Permata Indonesia. The research method employed is regression analysis to examine the relationship between independent variables and employee work results. The findings indicate that incentives have a significant impact on work outcomes, where effectively administered incentives can enhance employee motivation and productivity. Furthermore, overtime also affects work results, but its impact depends on how the overtime policy is implemented. Poorly managed overtime can lead to fatigue and reduced performance in the long term. Meanwhile, employee performance shows a negative correlation among its components, suggesting that improvement in one aspect of performance may lead to a decline in another. These results are consistent with previous studies that emphasize the importance of incentives and overtime management in improving labor productivity. Therefore, companies are advised to implement more effective incentive strategies, balance overtime policies, and manage employee workloads proportionally to maintain both productivity and employee well-being. As such, sustainable improvement in work outcomes can be achieved, positively contributing to the overall performance of the company.
