Abstract

In this study, the expected goal is to determine the distribution, classification and influence economic growth, minimum wage, and the Human Development Index of the level of unemployment in East Java Province 2008-2012. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Data analysis in accordance with the formulation of the problem and the purpose of the study is using panel data regression analysis model and using the classification of the intensity and GIS. Based on panel data regression results show that perumbuhan economy, the minimum wage and the human development index have a significant effect on the unemployment rate. Variable economic growth and the negative effect of minimum wages, while the human development index positive effect. As for testing the F calculation, economic growth, the minimum wage and the human development index have a significant effect on the unemployment rate.

Abstract

Acid mine drainage (AMD) is a significant challenge for the global coal mining industry, necessitating specialized treatment to prevent its occurrence. A crucial step in AMD prevention is identifying rocks that contribute to its formation. These rocks are classified into Potential Acid-Forming (PAF) rocks and Non-Acid-Forming (NAF) rocks. PAF rocks have the potential to produce acid, while NAF rocks do not. Laboratory analyses, including Maximum Potential Acidity (MPA), Acid Neutralizing Capacity (ANC), Net Acid Producing Potential (NAPP), and Net Acid Generating (NAG) tests, identified 3 sample points with potential PAF characteristics out of 35 samples tested (see Table 3.1). Among these, 2 sample points were classified as Potential Acid Forming-Low Capacity, and 1 sample point was categorized as Potential Acid Forming-Medium Capacity (NAG pH 4.5, NAPP 10 kg H2SO4/ton). The acidity level of mine water resulting from landfilling varies significantly based on the mineral content and landfilling techniques used. Mined material with high carbonate mineral content tends to have lower acidity levels in leachate and can even neutralize formed acid. The stockpiling strategy implemented involves layering PAF material followed by a final cover of NAF material and a rooting zone to mitigate acid formation.

Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam mengembangkan nilai toleransi beragama. Toleransi dapat ditanamkan dan diperkuat melalui pembelajaran di tingkat Sekolah Dasar, khususnya melalui Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Oleh karena itu, peran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sangatlah penting dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan jiwa toleransi pada siswa di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari metode dan strategi yang pendidik lakukan di sekolah terhadap pengembangan toleransi pada siswa. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 18 siswa. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada metode observasi langsung terhadap pembelajaran PAI, wawancara dengan guru PAI, dan analisis dokumen kurikulum merdeka. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui proses transkripsi, pengkodean, dan identifikasi pola-pola yang muncul untuk memahami implementasi pengembangan sikap toleransi dalam pembelajaran PAI. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kurikulum merdeka, pembelajaran PAI di SDN 2 Pusakasari khususnya kelas 4, berhasil mengembangkan sikap toleransi melalui dua metode utama, yaitu: menceritakan kisah Nabi yang mengandung nilai-nilai toleransi, dan menggunakan media film. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala, upaya guru PAI di SDN 2 Pusakasari ini sudah terbilang cukup baik dalam membentuk siswa menjadi individu yang lebih terbuka dan menghargai perbedaan.

Abstract

Management of facilities and infrasructure in private school, especially madrasa, is a strategic action that determines the future sustainability of institution. Both in terms of quality and quantity of students. The number of private junior high school-level school in Indonesia reached 41.70% or 16,967. The problem faced by private school is the availability of education facilities and infrastructure. Private educational institution, especially madrasas, strive to provide adequate educational facilities and infrastructure amid limitations. This is different from state schools are financed from state finansial sources through the APBN, APBD or DAK (special allocation fund). Even if these three sources are fullfiled, the procurement of advice and infrastructure will not only include basic facilities such as classroom, laboratory or libraries, bur also support supporting facilities such as halls, canteens or multimedia and art rooms. MTs Ishlahul Amanah Pangalengan distric, is a private madrasa in Pangalengan Distric, Bandung Regency, with the priciples of management of facilities and infrastructure financing that firmly holds the principles of accountability and transparency, supported by effective communication style, succesfully developed the educational institution to became accredited A, number of students is approaching 700, 20 groups and complete supporting facilities. This study tries to describe and di gup information on how the management function is carried out by the institution so that it has strong enough funding, so madrasa is progressing and developing and slowly into a profitable institution. The research was conducted qualitively through interviews, observations and document sudies. The conclusions in this study indicate that the three things that maket his institution succesfully managing funds from the community in this case parents of students are effective communcation from stake holder, especially the school committee, accountability in financing management and transparency in development activities

Abstract

Improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teaching in the digital era is a challenge as well as an opportunity for educators. This study aims to analyze strategies that can be applied to increase the effectiveness of PAI teaching through the use of digital technology. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows systematic analysis of various previous studies relevant to this topic. The research stages include problem identification, formulation of research questions, and data collection and synthesis from various academic sources. The results of the study show that the application of technology in PAI teaching can improve the quality of learning by creating a more interesting, interactive, and flexible learning experience. However, the success of this strategy depends on the readiness of educators to adapt technology optimally. Therefore, some of the main strategies recommended include the selection of appropriate technology, increasing digital competence for teachers, and instilling ethical and moral values in the use of technology. With the right strategy, PAI teaching can be more effective, relevant to the times, and able to form a young generation who has a strong understanding of religion and good character.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengusulkan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik di Diskominfo Karawang, khususnya dalam peminjaman alat ukur. Metode design thinking diadopsi untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna dan menciptakan solusi yang inovatif. Dengan memanfaatkan tools Figma dan metode design thinking, tentunya bertujuan untuk mengurangi penggunaan metode manual yang rentan terhadap masalah seperti kehilangan data dan penumpukan kertas. Dengan mengimplementasikan sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengajuan Tera UTTP menjadi lebih cepat dan efektif. Selain itu usulan ini memiliki tujuan untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah layanan publik di Diskominfo Karawang. Dengan menerapkan metode Design Thinking, proses pengajuan Tera UTTP yang diharapkan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat tanpa menunggu lama. Pendekatan ini melibatkan empati pengguna melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta tahapan lanjutan yang mencakup analisis, pengembangan ide, perancangan prototipe, dan pengujian. Design Thinking tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna tetapi juga mempercepat proses pembuatan desain yang lebih inovatif
