Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the use of information technology in improving the performance of Population and Civil Registration Service employees in Buleleng Regency. The results of this research show that the improvement in the performance of Buleleng Regency Disdukcapil employees as seen from service to the community is good because they have used the KEMENDAGRI Digital Population Identity Application and employees have been able to complete performance targets in accordance with the job descriptions of each employee as outlined in the system. The role of the use of technology and information in improving the performance of Buleleng Regency Dukcapil Disdukcapil employees, namely available work equipment facilities, clear SOPs, good working conditions and atmosphere and support and appreciation from superiors as well as employee competence, employee willingness and seriousness in carrying out their duties. The strategy used in an effort to improve employee performance at the Buleleng Regency Dukcapil Office is by planning an organizational program, namely the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the efforts of members of the organization as well as utilizing all organizational resources in order to achieve organizational goals that have been determined by the leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara Ibu Nyoman Kartini dalam mempertahankan usaha gerabah tanah liatnya yang berdiri selama 30 tahun lebih yang dikaji menggunakan teori value chain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara mendalam guna menggali lebih dalam informasi yang dibutuhkan. Serta teknik dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sejumlah dokumentasi yang diperlukan sebagai bahan data informasi sesuai dengan masalah dalam penelitian ini yang dimana menggunakan rekaman suara, video beserta foto untuk mempermudah peneliti membuat kesimpulan dan menganalisis data. Dalam penelitian ini teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah Teknik triangulasi sumber dengan cara menyandingkan informasi yang didapat dari beberapa informan sehingga mendapatkan hasil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dikaji menggunakan teori value chain menunjukkan bahwa usaha gerabah tanah liat Ibu Nyoman Kartini dapat berjalan selama 30 tahun lebih dikarenakan usaha gerabah Ibu Nyoman berjalan sesuai dengan teori rantai nilai (value chain) dengan memiliki aktivitas penciptaan nilai, yang dimulai dengan bahan baku dasar berupa tanah biasa yang mudah didapatkan datang dari pemasok tetap, dan bergerak ke rangkaian aktivitas penambahan nilai (value added), yang mencakup produksi dan pemasaran produknya berupa barang, dan diakhiri dengan distribusi untuk dapat diterimanya produk oleh konsumen akhir atau pelanggan tetap.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher competency which is moderated by work ethic at SMK Negeri 1 Gerokgak. The method used in this research is quantitative using data obtained from questionnaires. The sample used was 59 people. The data analysis technique uses the Inner Model Analysis Technique. The results of the research show that: (1) Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Principal Leadership, (2) Principal Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Competency and (3) Work Ethic does not have a positive and significant effect on Principal Leadership Moderation on Competence Teacher.
