Abstract

Coffee shop was originally a place to drink coffee quickly. Along with the times and the increasing number of customer interests, the development of the coffee shop in Kintamani is still happening today. At this time drinking coffee has become part of the lifestyle or modern lifestyle of millennial tourists. Many millennial tourists come to visit coffee shops in Kintamani not just to taste the taste of the coffee itself but to spend their free time and relax in a comfortable place and can calm the mind. This study aims to find out more about the motivation of millennial tourists to choose coffee shops in Kintamani as a place to fill their vacation time, the trend of coffee being a lifestyle for millennial tourists, in coffee shops in Kintamani. This research is a qualitative research, with research locations conducted in coffee shops in Kintamani. The data in this research were collected through observation, interviews, with the technique of determining the informants in this study using accidental sampling and the informants were taken from several coffee shops in Kintamani, and the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are several things that motivate millennial tourists to come to coffee shops in Kintamani, namely close friends, area of origin, curiosity, getting out of routine, accessibility, internet network, affordable prices. From this, the existence of coffee shops is very popular because there is a comfortable place, a concept that makes millennial tourists interested in visiting coffee shops and drinking coffee has become a life style for millennial tourists. Abstract

The Batur Natural Hot Spring tourist attraction is one of the hot spring tourist attractions in Kintamani and isbelieved to cure skin diseases. The development of Batur Natural Hot Spring as a tourist attraction cannot beseparated from the participation of the local community. Local community participation can be said to be oneof the important aspects of tourism activities to support improving the standard of living of the local Baturcommunity in particular. This research aims to determine the form of local community participation inmanaging the Batur Natural Hot Spring tourist attraction. This research is qualitative research that focuses onlocal community participation. The data in this research was collected through observation, interviews,literature study, and documentation methods. The informal determination technique uses the AccidentalSampling technique, and the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Theresults of this research show that local community participation in developing the Batur Natural Hot Springtourist attraction appears to play a very active role which can be seen starting from the planning stage,implementation stage, and evaluation stage.Keywords: Tourism, Participation, Local community

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is to improve the welfare, economy, and public health. Improving the quality of life canonly be achieved by minimizing the negative impacts of non-renewable natural resources, the aims of theresearch are (1) to find out the application of the principles of sustainable tourism (2) to identify the impact ofthe implementation of sustainable tourism on the environmental, economic and socio-cultural dimensionscommunity of Bonjeruk Tourism Village, the location of the research was conducted in Bonjeruk TourismVillage, Central Lombok Regency, the method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniquesof interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study, the type of data in this study was primary andsecondary data, techniques data analysis in research was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, andconcluding. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of sustainable tourism in the BonjerukTourism Village is carried out jointly between the community and the local management to realizeenvironmentally friendly tourism, preserve the surrounding environment and foster a sense of care for thesurrounding community to always maintain clean, beautiful environmental conditions. safe and comfortablefor tourists and the surrounding community, the impact of implementing sustainable tourism onenvironmental conditions, namely the community and managers of each house have trash bins, economicallythe community gets work or income from the Bonjeruk Tourism Village and from a social perspective thecommunity can preserve art and culture by regenerating youth in Bonjeruk Tourism Village.Keywords: Sustainable Tourism, Bonjeruk Tourism Village
