<![CDATA[Abstract — Transportasi merupakan sarana yang sangat dibutuhkan pada zaman sekarang, karena dengan adanya transportasi dapat mengefektifkan pekerjaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari. transportasi yang baik dapat mencerminkan keteraturan kota yang baik pula, hal ini disebabkan karena transportasi merupakan suatu alat bantu dalam mengarahkan pembangunan di daerah perkotaan. Selain itu, transportasi juga merupakan suatu prasarana bagi pergerakan manusia atau barang yang timbul akibat adanya kegiatan di daerah perkotaan. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengangkat masalah tentang Analisa Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Transportasi Online Di Kota Manado. Dari hasil yang diperoleh di mana tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap Aplikasi transportasi Online Gojek dan Greb rata-rata memiliki nilai pada items 1 Gojek dan Grab 100%, items 2 Gojek dan Grab 99.5%, items 3 Gojek 76%, Grab 95% items 4 Gojek 14% dan Grab 22.5%, items 5 Gojek 22%, Grab 25.5%, items 6 Gojek 97.5%, Grab 95.5%, items 7 Gojek 98%, Greb 97.5%, items 8 Gojek 99%, Grab 97%, items 9 Gojek dan Grab 99.5%, items 10 Gojek dan Grab 99.5%, items 11 Gojek 99.5%, Grab 99%, items 12 Gojek.99.5%, Grab 100%. Kata kunci : Analisa Aplikasi Trasportasi Online Kota Manado                  Abstract — Transportation is a tool that is very much needed today, because the existence of transportation can make the work effective in fulfilling daily needs. good transportation can reflect good city order as well, this is because transportation is a helpful tool in directing development in urban areas.
