<![CDATA[ Abstract — Augmented Reality is a multimedia application that can display a dynamic and real-time visual display. Through technology development, augmented reality allows interaction from cyberspace and the real world that can be done via a smartphone. CHD or coronary heart disease is a condition where there is accumulation of coronary artery plaque. Heart disease is a very dangerous disease with a serious threat of death. Coronary heart disease can occur due to several things such as high blood pressure or hypertension, excess cholesterol, consuming cigarettes, and others. Reffering to the multimedia development life cycle method applied to create augmented reality applications where at the final stage of the method, this augmented reality application is used for learning for the introduction of coronary heart disease.Keywords — Augmented Reality; Coronary Heart Disase; Multimedia Development Life Cycle; Smartphone Abstrak — Augmented Reality adalah sebuah aplikasi multimedia yang dapat menampilkan tampilan visual secara dinamis dan real-time. Lewat perekembangan teknologi, augmented reality memungkinkan adanya interaksi dari dunia maya dan dunia nyata yang bisa dilakukan melalui smartphone. PJK atau penyakit jantung koroner merupakan keadaan dimana terjadi penimbunan plak pembuluh darah koroner. Penyakit jantung termasuk penyakit yang sangat berbahaya dengan tingkat ancaman serius berupa kematian. Penyakit Jantung Koroner dapat terjadi akibat beberapa hal seperti darah tinggi atau hipertensi, kelebihan kolesterol, mengkonsumsi rokok, dan lain-lain. Mengacu pada metode multimedia development life cycle aplikasi Augmented reality ini diterapkan untuk media pembelajaran untuk pengenalan  penyakit jantung koroner.
