Abstract

This study intends to determine the evaluation of instructional strategies teachers of Islamic religious education inpublic primary schools District of Bunga Mas South Bengkulu, with respondents graders VI totaling 130 people, an indicatorof study, the ability of human resources (teachers PAI), learning methods used, and the evaluation or assessment with a30 question questionnaire instrument. The purpose of this study was to: 1) describe the strategy of organizing learningIslamic Education, 2) describe the delivery strategy learning Islamic education, and 3) describe the learning managementstrategies of Islamic Education. This study uses qualitative research methods evaluative, the research has its own procedures,where such studies have exacting requirements that must be met such criteria, benchmarks, or standards that are usefulas a comparison for data or information obtained or is measurement. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires,interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of descriptive (describing what it is), namely by:data collection, data reduction, display data (data presentation), preparing research reports, and the conclusions of thestudy. Checking the validity of the data using an extension of observation, triangulation source and check. Research onthe evaluation of learning strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in public primary schools Bunga Mas Districtof South Bengkulu, with the results of the study are as follows: 1) organizing strategies of learning, values obtained withvery good category is 49%, good category is 41.77%, and the unfavorable category is 9.23%. 2) learning delivery strategy,values obtained with very good category was 43.92%, both categories was 40.77%, and the unfavorable category is 15.31%.3) learning management strategies, values obtained with very good category was 50.61%, both categories was 39.85%, andthe unfavorable category is 9.54%.

Abstract

This study aims to answer a number of problems related to learning Fiqh material which seems monotonous and boring, if you look at it and examine it, it actually exists in material that does not change from year to year and does not have renewal, because fiqh material is learning that focuses on religious subjects. Islam, of course, cannot change because it has absolute law. This is what researchers are trying to see, but from a curriculum perspective, namely, an independent learning curriculum that offers new concepts in it. In the process of this research, the research process will use qualitative methods with descriptive research. In this research, journal or book review data will be used as study material related to this research. And the results of the discussion in this study show that the independent learning curriculum is a curriculum that focuses on the learning process that is free according to the teacher’s creations in teaching, this can be seen in the learning design which focuses on teaching devices in all subjects, for example on fiqh material in the sub-teaching thaharah or purification, the teacher can teach the thaharah material with combined teaching tools or the latest teaching devices according to the characteristics of students and the availability and suitability of learning objectives, which of course this will be able to improve the professionalism of a teacher.

Abstract

The context of pluralism, multiculturalism, multiethnicity and religion in Indonesian society is very important. Therefore, serious attention is needed from various parties, so that unity and togetherness are not divided. Although the above problems have subsided, it does not mean that the problems have resolved themselves, because in many cases the implementation of Article 13A of the Education Law at the administrative level does not run as it should. Basically, this provision has three specific objectives: 1) Avoiding deviations from religious norms or misinterpretations that may arise if teachers are taught by teachers who do not share the same faith; 2) If teachers have the same beliefs as students, then religious harmony can be better maintained between other students; and 3) Professionalism in organizing religious training and education. The application of religion in multicultural education in the world of education can be a solution to disputes in society. In comparative research, several approaches can be used to compare groups, such as experiments, case studies, or secondary data analysis. This research focuses on analyzing the differences or relationships between the variables studied in two or more different groups or situations. The objective can be modified to understand the influence of a variable on different groups, to identify factors that influence differences and similarities between groups in order to compare the effectiveness of two or more strategies and differences in manufacturing in developing PTKI with multiculturalism.
