Abstract

 Abstract: The Use of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Compotition (CIRC) Cooperative Learning Model Using Print Media in Improving Reading Comprehension Skills for the Fifth Grade Students of SD Negeri 5 Karangpucung in the Academic Year of 2014/2015. The objectives of this research to improve reading comprehension skills. This research is a collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted within three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Subjects of the research were fifth grade students of SD Negeri Karangpucung totalling 20 students. The improvement of reading comprehension skills known based passing of evaluation at first cycle 62,5%, then at second cycle improve to 72,5%, at third cycle improve to 91,5%. The conclusion of this research is the use of Cooperative Integrated Reading and Compotition (CIRC) using print media can improve reading comprehension skills for the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Karangpucung 5. Keywords: CIRC, print media, skills, reading comprehension Abstrak: Penggunaan Model Kooperatif Tipe Cooperative Integrated Reading and Compotition (CIRC) dengan Media Cetak dalam Peningkatan Keterampilan Membaca Pemahaman Siswa kelas V SD Negeri Karangpucung 05 Tahun Ajaran 2014/2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman dengan menggunakan model kooperatif tipe CIRC dengan media cetak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri Karangpucung 05 yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Peningkatan keterampilan membaca pemahaman diketahui berdasarkan ketuntasan hasil evaluasi pada siklus I sebesar 62,5% kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 72,55 hingga pada siklus III meningkat menjadi 91,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model (CIRC) dengan media cetak dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V SD Negeri Karangpucung 05. Kata Kunci: CIRC, media cetak, keterampilan, membaca pemahaman

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the most populous country in this world with total population is about 273.87 million at the end of 2021. among that total popilation, there are still 26.50 million is in below poverty line. As a country with Muslim majority population, Indonesia has one of the potentials that can be optimised to reduce poverty, namely zakat. However, the magnitude of the potential for zakat in realization is still has many obstacles that leads to lower relatization of zakat compared to huge potency of the zakat. Therefore, the main function of zakat to alleviate poverty level cannot be optimised. This study aims to propose the solutions to increase the transparancy and accountability for zakat management organization (OPZ) using an Islamic institutional perspective. Theapproach used in this research is a qualitative research through systematic literature review. The results show that transparency and accountability can be improved by implementing the basic axioms of islamic business ethics, namely balance/fairness in implementing zakat collection activities.
