<![CDATA[PT Daya Manunggal adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam industri tekstil dari pengolahan kapas (Spinnin) hingga kain jadi (Dyeing). PT Daya Manunggal menghasilkan berbagai spesifikasi kain dan bermacam ? macam warna sesuai pemesanan costumer (make to order). PT Daya Manunggal melayani pemesanan dalam Negri (Lokal), maupun Luar Negri (exspor),Costumer terbesar berada di Luar Negri. Order Produksi merupakan lembar permintaan dari costumer yang di miliki PT. Daya Manunggal untuk mengetahui permintaan dari costumer dari type kain, warna hingga test kualitas yang diminta oleh costumer. PT. Daya Manunggal membuat Work Intrustion sebagai dasar Standart Oprational Prosedur (SOP) untuk mendapatkan ISO 9001 versi 2008. Dari 30 Data Order produksi menunjukkan bahwa Adanya ketidaksesuaian antara WI dengan Realisasi produk Untuk pengecekan test kuwalitas Daya serap, Gradasi sebesar 23,33%, dan Ketahanan sebesar 43,33%. Hal tersebut menyimpang dari ISO 9001 versi 2008 sehingga adanya ketidak puasan pelanggan. Untuk mengetahui ketidak sesuaian Work Instrutsion dengan realisasi produk dapat digunakan dengan metode Gap Analysis untuk mengetahui seberapa besar ketidak sesuaian, dengan metode fishbone diagram dapat diketahui sebab akibat dari penyimpangan ISO 9001:2008 . PT Daya Manunggal produces various specifications of fabrics and various colors according to customer orders (make to order). PT Daya Manunggal serves orders in the country (local), as well as overseas (exspor), the largest customer is overseas. Production Order is a request sheet from the customer owned by PT. Daya Manunggal to find out the demand of the customer from the type of fabric, color to the quality test requested by the customer. PT. Daya Manunggal makes the Intrusion Work as the basis of the Standard Oprational Procedure (SOP) to obtain the ISO 9001 version 2008. Of the 30 production order data shows that there is a discrepancy between the WI and product realization to check the absorption test quality, gradation of 23.33%, and resistance of 43.33%. This deviates from the ISO 9001 2008 version so that there is customer dissatisfaction. To find discrepancies Work Instrutsion with the realization of products can be used with Gap Analysis method to determine how big a discrepancy, with fishbone diagram method can be known causal deviation from ISO 9001: 2008.]]>
