Abstract

Hypertension in Pregnancy (HDK) is 6-10% of pregnancy complications and is one of the three highest causes of maternal mortality and morbidity, (Alatas, 2019). For pregnant women in Indonesia, HDK is included in the three highest ranking causes of death for pregnant women, and there are more than 30% of pregnant women who die from HDK. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for hypertension in pregnancy at RSIA Muslimat Jombang.This research method is Analytical, with a Cross Sectional design with secondary data from patient medical records at RSIA Muslimat Jombang from 14 April 2023 to 20 April 2023. Data were analyzed by Chi Square test.The results showed that 166 patients experienced hypertension in pregnancy. The results of the chi square test showed a significant relationship between age (p = 0.000), number of pregnancies (p = 0.000), nutritional status (p = 0.048) and history of hypertension (p = 0.027) to the incidence of HDK.To achieve a physiological gestational age, optimal conditions are needed, namely good nutritional status during pregnancy, parity must be considered so that it does not become a pathological pregnancy and medical history must be considered so as not to cause complications in the current pregnancy.

Abstract

Fase kehidupan pada periode balita dan anak pra sekolah terjadi perubahan yang sangat pesat dari segi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Perkembangan pada anak usia pra sekolah (60-72 bulan) terdiri dari aspek motorik kasar, motorik halus, bicara dan bahasa serta sosial dan kemandirian. Teknologi berkembang pesat diikuti dengan peningkatan penggunaan gadget pada anak usia pra sekolah. Screen dependency disorder (SDD) merupakan gangguan perilaku yang ditandai dengan penggunaan layar elektronik secara berlebihan yang berdampak negatif pada aspek sosial, emosional, fisik dan psikologis seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh screen dependency disorders (SDD) terhadap perkembangan anak usia pra sekolah di TK Kemala Bhayangkari Jombang. Penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada tanggal 22-27 September 2023 dengan melibatkan 52 responden yang didapat melalui teknik total sampling. Uji Spearman’s rank correlation digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan didapatkan hasil nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < ? (0,05), sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat Screen Dependency Disorders (SDD) dengan perkembangan anak usia pra sekolah di TK kemala Bhayangkari Jombang. Nilai koefisien korelasi spearman sebesar 0,465 yang artinya terdapat hubungan dengan keeratan yang sedang antara kedua variabel, sehingga Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Diharapkan orang tua dapat membatasi pemakaian gadget pada anak, mendampingin anak saat bermain dan memberikan kesempatan pada anak untuk bermain diluar rumah untuk bersosialisasi dan komunikasi untuk stimulasi perkembangan anak.

Abstract

A work system is one of the important aspects that must be owned by private companies or government institutions to regulate and manage the performance of their employees in achieving organizational goals. Private companies and government institutions are two different organizations and of course have different work systems. This encouraged researchers to conduct research with the title comparative study of the effectiveness of the work systems of private companies and government institutions in Jabodetabek. The aim of this research is to compare the effectiveness of work systems between private companies and government institutions in Jabodetabek. The research method used is qualitative with a library approach so that the data collection technique is carried out by collecting various documents that are appropriate to the research focus and then carrying out in-depth analysis. The research results show that the work system of private companies is more effective than that of government institutions. because the scope of work of private companies is smaller than the scope of work of government institutions where regulations or rules are more binding and difficult to change or adapt to needs. If there are regulations that need to be changed, it will take longer, even though currently the government has made various efforts to provide the best performance that is more effective compared to the previous period.

Abstract

The purpose of classroom action research is to improve students' skills in writing paragraphs with the multimedia-assisted the way modeling learning model for third grade students of SDN Sumbermulyo 1 Jogoroto Jombang. The type of research conducted is classroom action research through multimedia-assisted the way learning model based on three cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were third grade students of SDN Sumbermulyo 1. Data collection techniques were test and non-test techniques. Data analysis through quantitative techniques. The results showed that the results of paragraph writing skills experienced a significant increase, it can be seen in the first cycle the class average achievement of the first cycle learning outcomes reached 65.83 with 64.29% classical completeness. This result increased in the second cycle with the average result of writing skills to 78.54 with 92.86% classical completeness. The conclusion of this research is that through multimedia-assisted the way modeling learning model can improve student activity and paragraph writing skills. Suggestions in the study are teachers can apply the multimedia-assisted the way modeling learning model, it is hoped that students will add insight to various learning sources and knowledge about various learning models in order to improve learning in schools.
