Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors cause the difference in coffee land productivity in Merigi District and Muara Kemumu District, Kepahiang Regency. The data used were primary data taken directly from respondents using interview methods and questionnaires using the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis techniques that use the SPSS 25.0 program i.e. by application of chi square test and t-test. The results of the study using chi square test showed there were significant differences in the variables of production, land, number of trees, fertilizer amount and how to fertilize. For fertilizer type, education, plant age does not occur significant difference. And for the t-test for labor and capital, the significant difference between farmers in Merigi District and Muara Kemumu District. Where this in turn affects the differences in the productivity of the coffee grounds of the two regions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of education, population and unemployment on crime in West Sumatra Province in the 2020-2022 period. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method applied is panel data regression with the Common Effect Model, which combines time series and cross-section data processed through the Eviews 12 application program. The results of the research show that education level, population and unemployment rates have a positive and significant effect on crime rates. in West Sumatra Province during the 2020-2022 period.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan agar Masyarakat kecamatan Pondok Kelapa yang melakukan kegiatan UMKM dapat memanfaatkan koperasi dalam kegiatan dan pengembangan usahanya, Melalui kegiatan ini, jumlah UMKM yang berpartisipasi dalam koperasi mengalami peningkatan dan memperoleh manfaat atas koperasi yang ada di kecamatan Pondok Kelapa. Kegiatan ini akan menggunakan pendekatan penyuluhan tentang peran dan fungsi koperasi dalam mendukung kegiatan UMKM. Secara keseluruhan, peserta menyambut baik dan cukup antusias. Baik pada sesi penyampaian materi ataupun saat diskusi lanjutan. Selama kegiatan penyuluhan, peserta aktif bertanya seputar materi dan terlibat berbagai diskusi yang menarik dengan narasumber. beberapa rangkaian yang terdiri dari: a) Penyuluhan penyuluhan terkait peran dan fungsi koperasi dalam menunjang kegiatan UMKM; b) Penayangan visualisasi peranan dan fungsi koperasi. Adapun manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah : 1) Memotivasi pelaku UMKM untuk dapat berpartisipasi dalam koperasi; 2) Kegiatan penyuluhan ini membantu pemateri melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi, terutama Prodi, Magister Ekonomi Terapan dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNIB, berdiskusi dengan pebisnis UMKM dan Koperasi di kecamatan Pondok Kelapa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Word Square media with a scientific approach in improving Arabic writing creativity (kitabah) of MTs Ittihadul Ulum Lubuklinggau students. The main problem faced is the conventional learning approach that does not involve students actively so that it has an impact on low writing creativity. The research method used mixed method with exploratory sequential model. The quantitative design used a pseudo-experiment with experimental and control groups. Data were collected through tests (pretest-posttest), observations, and interviews. Quantitative data analysis used the Mann-Whitney test, while qualitative data were analyzed thematically. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental class with an average posttest score of 78.5 compared to the control class of 69.5. Asymp. Sig value of 0.66
