Abstract

Posyandu Dinoyo is one of the posyandu located in Malang City, East Java. Until now, Posyandu Dinoyo is still active in carrying out posyandu activities. However, in carrying out these activities, Dinoyo Posyandu cadres find it difficult. Posyandu cadres collect public health data on health cards. Posyandu cadres are required to keep these cards. Posyandu cadres have difficulty finding a resident's health document. Posyandu cadres are also worried if the card is lost or damaged. Posyandu cadres must also provide data collection results to puskesmas officers every month. Therefore, the IT Telkom Surabaya community service team created a system that was able to facilitate posyandu cadres in carrying out their duties. Our team has created a system that can record people's health and their health. In addition, data can be exported in PDF and excel formats for monthly reporting. After the system is complete, Posyandu cadres can easily save each inspection data into the system without the need to prepare a form to store inspection data. Posyandu cadres can easily control health data and easily access or search for desired patient data. Where previously they had to search in the pile of documents that were quite a lot. Reports of inspection results can be easily made because the system has provided tools to print reports that are ready to be submitted to the Puskesmas.

Abstract

Pada era modern informasi cepat dalam peneyebarannya. Informasi menyebar melalui berbagai media dan dalam berbagai bentuk. Secara umum penyebaran bisa berupa gambar, teks, suara maupun video. Selain informasi juga dapat disampaikan melalui portal yang biasa disebut website. Pada era sekarang website sangat banyak kegunaanya salah satunya sebagai media promosi suatu kampung atau desa. Hal ini bisa dimaksimalkan untuk memperkenalkan kampung tersebut ke khalayak umum. Sehingga bisa menarik banyak wisatawan atau pengunjung untuk datang ke kampung tersebut. Salah satunya Kampung Ondomohen Surabaya memiliki keunggulan dalam bidang ketahanan pangan serta wahana edukatif dimana mereka bisa memproduksi sayuran serta ternak secara mandiri sehingga bisa menjadi pemasukan bagi warga sekitar. Maka dari itu dengan memanfaatkan website diharapkan mampu mengenalkan kampung Ondomohen ke khalayak umum sehingga bisa mendatangkan banyak pengunjung dan bisa mewadahi produk mereka seperti sayuran maupun ternak mereka untuk dijual melalui website tersebut. Upaya pemasaran secara digital melalui website tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keuntungan dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi pemasaran adalah desain dari suatu produk. Produk yang memiliki desain yang bagus tentunya akan menarik pembeli. Sehingga kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan memberikan sumbangsih dalam hal strategi pemasaran memalui media website serta mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di Kampung Ondomohen.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, the importance of digital marketing as a key tool in promoting businesses and services is increasingly apparent. The Kayoon area, which was originally the center of the decorative stone and jewelry trade in Surabaya, has experienced a decline in visits along with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a solution, the Surabaya City Government in collaboration with ADIDES and PK-KPBI ITS, along with ITTelkom Surabaya, initiated a revitalization by turning Kayoon into the Surabaya Design Centre (SDC). SDC aims to be an Urban Education area and a center for branding original handicraft products, but faces challenges in visibility and interaction in the digital era. To overcome this, a community service program is designed to assist SDC in improving the promotion of its business, products, and services digitally through website creation, social media, and Google Business registration. With the implementation of this digital marketing strategy, it is hoped that SDC can strengthen its reputation as a center of innovation and creativity, expand audience reach, and create new business opportunities within the design community. Thus, this community service program activity is expected to help the Kayoon community to get more benefits and new opportunities in this digital era.
