Abstract

Posyandu Dinoyo is one of the posyandu located in Malang City, East Java. Until now, Posyandu Dinoyo is still active in carrying out posyandu activities. However, in carrying out these activities, Dinoyo Posyandu cadres find it difficult. Posyandu cadres collect public health data on health cards. Posyandu cadres are required to keep these cards. Posyandu cadres have difficulty finding a resident's health document. Posyandu cadres are also worried if the card is lost or damaged. Posyandu cadres must also provide data collection results to puskesmas officers every month. Therefore, the IT Telkom Surabaya community service team created a system that was able to facilitate posyandu cadres in carrying out their duties. Our team has created a system that can record people's health and their health. In addition, data can be exported in PDF and excel formats for monthly reporting. After the system is complete, Posyandu cadres can easily save each inspection data into the system without the need to prepare a form to store inspection data. Posyandu cadres can easily control health data and easily access or search for desired patient data. Where previously they had to search in the pile of documents that were quite a lot. Reports of inspection results can be easily made because the system has provided tools to print reports that are ready to be submitted to the Puskesmas.

Abstract

Terdapat 4 kernel yang dapat digunakan dalam klasifikasi Support Vector Machine dalam membuat hyperplane. Keempat kernel tersebut adalah linear, polynomial, gaussian dan sigmoid. Setiap kernel dapat menghasilkan akurasi yang berbeda-beda. Hal ini dikarenakan pengaruh sebaran data yang diklasifikasikan. Terdapat 2 kelas yang diklasifikasikan, yaitu lantai dan tangga turun. Dilakukan proses ekstraksi fitur tekstur terhadap citra lantai dan tangga turun menggunakan metode Gray Level Co-occurence Matrix. Terdapat 7 fitur dari GLCM yang dihasilkan pada proses ekstraksi fitur. Selanjutnya dilakukan klasifikasi menggunakan Support Vector Machine dengan mencoba setiap kernelnya. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan kernel linear menghasilkan akurasi yang paling tinggi, yaitu 89%. Kernel sigmoid mendapatkan akurasi 84%. Kernel Gaussian mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 85%. Sedangkan kernel polynomial mendapatkan akurasi yang paling rendah yaitu 78%.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the industry, such as layoffs. Employees affected by layoffs fulfill their daily needs by becoming MSME actors in the hope of becoming a source of income. Telkom CDC (Community Development Center) is a division of PT Telkom Indonesia as a distributor of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funds for MSMEs in the Surabaya area. Based on an interview with the Telkom CDC Manager as an MSME supervisor, he provided information about the problem of soft loan funds being channeled to MSME actors who did not return, because their business was not yet profitable. This is because business actors do not evaluate and improve their business. In addition, during the pandemic, training for MSME actors was also very limited so MSME actors' knowledge, especially on effective marketing, was also lacking. They cannot keep up with the digitalization and packaging trends that attract consumer interest and trust in the products offered. Therefore, we try to provide solutions from the marketing side by providing digital marketing training and the application of green marketing in the form of attractive environmentally friendly packaging.

Abstract

"Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement" (ETLE) denotes a mechanism that employs electronic technologies to implement traffic regulations. This commonly entails utilizing a range of electronic apparatuses like cameras, sensors, and automated setups to oversee and uphold traffic protocols, administer fines, and enhance road security. ETLE systems are frequently utilized for identifying and sanctioning infractions like exceeding speed limits, disregarding red lights, and turning off the headlights. In Indonesia, there is currently no dedicated system designed to detect traffic violation, especially regarding vehicle headlights. Therefore, this research was conducted to detect vehicle headlights using digital images. With the results of this study, it will be possible to develop a system capable of classifying whether vehicle headlights are on or off. This research employed the deep learning method in the form of the YOLOv5 model, which achieved an accuracy of 94.12% in detecting vehicle images. Furthermore, the white color extraction method was performed by projecting the RGB space to HSV to detect the Region of Interest (ROI) of the vehicle headlights, achieving an accuracy of 73.76%. The results of this vehicle headlight detection are influenced by factors such as lighting, image capture angle, and vehicle type.

Abstract

The Self-Health Examination Platform (APKM) aims to help medical personnel reduce the usual initial examination procedures so that further examinations or consultations can be carried out immediately. The usual initial examinations that are carried out include measuring body weight, height, body temperature, blood pressure, oxygen levels in the blood, number of heart beats per minute, respiratory rate per minute, and an electrocardiogram to record heart activity. All measurements are carried out in one bridge and are equipped with an audio-visual guide. Measurement devices use equipment with a high level of precision and work automatically so that they can be used by ordinary people. However, the results of this examination need to be consulted with a doctor. In this research, it is proposed to develop APKM for telemedicine so that patients who have carried out independent examinations can consult directly with a doctor regarding the results of their examination.

Abstract

Emosi peserta kelas pada pelajaran merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar. Perasaan senang dan bisa memahami merupakan hal positif dalam belajar. Sebaliknya perasaan bosan dan tidak tertarik merupakan hal negatif yang dapat menurunkan produktifitas belajar. Emosi yang terjadi pada seseorang dapat terlihat pada ekspresi wajahnya. Demikian halnya pada peserta pelajaran di kelas yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan objek mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan metode Deepface-MTCNN dan Deepface-Retinaface dapat dikenali emosi setiap peserta kelas dan menentukan suasana belajar. Dipadukan dengan hasil survey peserta kelas, didapatkan adanya hubungan antara suasana belajar yang dirasakan mahasiswa saat mengikuti kuliah di kelas dengan hasil deteksi ekspresi wajah. Saat peserta kelas merasakan suasana menyenangkan, bisa memahami, sulit memahami, atau tidak menarik terjadi pula perubahan pada ekspresi wajah. Berdasarkan pengujian akurasi deteksi Deepface-Retinaface sebesar 86% dan Deepface-MTCNN sebesar 91%. Untuk analisa korelasi metode Deepface-MTCNN memiliki hasil lebih baik karena memiliki korelasi kuat yang lebih banyak. sebanyak 4 korelasi positif dengan nilai lebih besar dari 0,5 dan 5 korelasi negatif dengan nilai lebih kecil dari -0,5.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the k-value on K nearest neighbor classification. k-value is the distance used to find the closest data to label the class from the testing data. Each k-value can produce a different class label against the same testing data. The variants of k-value that we use are k=3, k=5 and k=7 to find the best k-value. There are 2 classes that are used in this research. Both classes are stairs descent and floor classes. The gray level co-occurrence matrix method is used to extract features. The data we use comes from videos obtained from the camera on the smart wheelchair taken by the frame. Refer to the results of our tests, the best k-value is obtained when using k=7 and angle 0° with accuracy is 92.5%. The stairs descent detection system will be implemented in a smart wheelchair

Abstract

Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) is a non-formal educational institution. Often, TPQ prioritizes the quality of educational materials so that it slightly ignores the administrative aspects. A TPQ ​​usually contains asatidz (ustadz and ustadzah) who have expertise in the field of religion, but do not have staff who are experts in administrative matters. Not a few TPQs still use manual recording such as using paper to make report cards. As a result, there are still often errors in recording grades on report cards and asatidz who find it difficult to manage report cards. The problems faced by asatidz become more complicated when the number of students increases. Digitalization is a solution that can solve the problems faced by TPQ. With the digitalization of report cards, asatidz will easily manage student grades and print report cards massively in a short time. Application creation is carried out by analyzing needs, designing interfaces, implementing, and training. This activity was carried out by a community service team from Telkom University and partners of TPQ Al-Mubaarok Surabaya. The result is an application that has reliability in managing student grade data. This application can be accessed from anywhere by TPQ, making it easier for TPQ to manage student report cards. Positive impacts felt include reducing errors when entering data and ease in storing digital data.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai fasilitas penunjang yang menyediakan sumber bacaan mengelola bahan pustaka, baik berupa buku maupun bukan berupa buku untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran di dunia Pendidikan. Layanan perpustakaan yang masih bersifat konvensional ataupun manual banyak sekali menimbulkan berbagai kendala dalam pemberian dan pemenuhan layanan. Solusi permasalahantersebut dengan menghadirkan terobosan terbaru dibidang perpustakaan yaitu terciptanya inovasi produk perpustakaan digital yaitu berupa website. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi hasil pengembangan website perpustakaan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa website perpustakaan yang terdiri atas informasi-informasi seperti koleksi buku favorit, fitur-fitur utama yang dapat dinikmati, layanan yang dapat diakses, lokasi perpustakaan serta informasi mengenai sosial media dan contact person maupun hotcall. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran serta teknologi informasi menjadi solusi yang efektif bagi permasalahan perpustakaan konvensional
