Abstract

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon that local government-owned hospitals, the focus is on serving the community in the field of Health, so, chasing profit is not the top priority for hospitals, as a result sometimes slow service, facilities, and administration are also slow. This study aims to analyze the influence of Delegation of Authority, and Bureaucracy, on The Job Satisfaction of Employees of Regional Public Hospitals, both simultaneously and partially. This study describes causal (causal) relationships between variables and tests research hypotheses. Data determination techniques are done by probability sampling technique. Analysis method using SEM (StructureEquation Modelling). The results of the study obtained that there is a significant influence of delegation of authority and bureaucracy terhadap kepuasan kerja Employees by 66,89 %. There is a positive and significant influence, either directly or indirectly from the Delegation of Authority to employee job satisfaction (39,57 %), and bureaucracy to employee job satisfaction (27,32%) Keyword : Division of Work, Delegation of Authority, Bureaucracy, Officer Job Satisfaction, and Officer Performance

Abstract

Civics education shouldn't be a dry and dull subject anymore. One such learning approach is a civics implementation strategy centered on religious moderation. Students are encouraged to investigate and evaluate diversity issues in their surroundings using the Civics learning technique, which is based on Bhineka Tunggal Ika. The concept of religious moderation is defined as a disposition of respect, tolerance, and moderation toward all forms of difference, including religious differences. Because of Indonesia's extreme diversity and the situations that lead to conflict over it, it is crucial to practice religious moderation. With civics teachers and Class X 2 students as research subjects, the purpose of this article is to clarify the significance of religious moderation guidelines through educational institutions that emphasize citizenship education (PKn) at SMA Negeri 1 Tolitoli. In order to understand a phenomenon that happens in society, this study used a qualitative descriptive research paradigm. through the use of field observations and interviewing as data collection methods. The study's findings provide an explanation for: (1) Civics education based on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, which moderates religious learning, is beneficial in fostering national understanding and fostering conversations about diversity. Students can practice living side by side with a loving and harmonious mindset by working on projects based on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. in any variation.

Abstract

In the global era, the world has become a limit or there are no clear boundaries between countries in the world. Unstoppable globalization, which are characterized by technological developments and modernization. Its makes the distance between countries closer and growing without dividing. The impact of globalization one of which is the free market ideology or economic realization and the diminishing role of the state. Liberalization in the economic field, most in the investment sector provides access to natural resources in Indo-nesia, which is related to the Investment Law, which is then rationalized based on government regulations, ministerial regulations, and by using slogans to carry out bureaucratic reform, fair assistance to all business, and open investment. This contradicts the Indonesian Constitution. Basically, the involvement of the state government in the administration of the state, specifically in realizing the Panca-sila economy, is basically a form of state intervention in national economic activities. To convert to the Investment Law, the establishment of the Investment Law in Indonesia must be approved when setting the country as the manager of Indonesia’s natural wealth, with the aim of providing wealth and prosperity to the country. The legal political orientation of the making of the Investment Law must win the Pancasila as the nation’s law, which manages it to be inseparable from the state’s social responsibility to prosper its citizens, provide regulation in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

A success of organization in runging its activities is determined by human resources as activity executors. The existence of public organization’s success is defined by the human resources. Researh method employed was purposive sampling with the number of samples were 120 employees of PT Agro Karunia Bestari. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with statistical package AMOS 22. The results of hypothetical testing were (1) Employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence towards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) Employee engagement a had positive and insignificant influence towards employee performance, (3) Perceived organizational support had a positive and significant influence towards employee performance, and (4) Organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence towards employee performance.

Abstract

Competence is an important factor in determining company performance in order to be able to compete and continue to exist in a competitive market so that companies are required to have competent employees. Through this research, information will be obtained about the extent to which employee competence contributes to performance and helps companies optimize employee competency development, so as to improve overall company performance. This study used a survey method by collecting data from respondents through questionnaires with a sample of 95 people. The data analysis technique in this study used a linear regression test. Competency at PT FSCM Manufaturing Indonesia Plant Cirebon, the highest indicator is showing friendly behavior while the lowest predictor is having leadership traits because employees do not have experience and graduate from high school education. The highest indicator on the employee performance variable is having work absenteeism and while the lowest predictor is having responsibility at work. However, the results showed that significantly competence had a positive effect on employee performance at PT FSCM Manufacturing Indonesia Plant Cirebon because the significance value of the t-test of 0.000 was smaller than alpha () 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas komunikasi antar karyawan di Xquisite Restaurant The Luxton Cirebon Hotel & Convention, mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi, serta memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan koordinasi kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi organisasi dari Pace dan Faules (2013) yang menekankan pada dimensi iklim komunikasi, serta model komunikasi interpersonal Shannon-Weaver untuk memahami proses penyampaian pesan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Responden terdiri dari 30 karyawan yang bekerja di restoran tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan perhitungan mean, median, modus, dan persentase untuk menggambarkan tingkat efektivitas komunikasi serta kategorisasi hambatan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antar karyawan tergolong cukup efektif. Sebagian besar responden menyatakan bahwa pesan yang disampaikan mudah dipahami, terdapat keterbukaan dalam menyampaikan pendapat, serta hubungan interpersonal antar karyawan berjalan dengan baik. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan hambatan komunikasi seperti keterbatasan waktu, suara bising, dan informasi yang tidak lengkap saat pergantian shift. Hambatan ini dapat memengaruhi kelancaran operasional dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap tamu. Solusi yang disarankan antara lain adalah pelaksanaan briefing yang konsisten, penetapan SOP komunikasi yang jelas, serta pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi seluruh staf. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi mahasiswa, institusi pendidikan, dan pihak hotel dalam mengembangkan praktik komunikasi yang profesional dan kondusif di lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan metode full costing dalam perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) pada UD Tempe Ulah Lali Awirarangan sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di bidang produksi tempe. Selama ini, pencatatan biaya produksi pada perusahaan tersebut masih dilakukan secara sederhana, tanpa klasifikasi yang jelas antara biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Hal ini menyulitkan dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi secara akurat, yang berdampak pada ketidaktepatan penetapan harga jual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi langsung di lokasi usaha. Perhitungan biaya produksi dilakukan dengan metode full costing, yang mencakup biaya bahan baku langsung, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, dan biaya overhead pabrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya produksi bervariasi di setiap triwulan, tergantung pada volume produksi dan biaya tenaga kerja. Misalnya, pada triwulan IV tahun 2024, total biaya produksi mencapai Rp38.807.200 untuk 15.000 bungkus tempe, dengan harga pokok produksi sebesar Rp2.587 per bungkus. Sementara harga jual per bungkus ditetapkan sebesar Rp2.800, sehingga perusahaan memperoleh laba tipis sebesar Rp213 per bungkus.Penerapan metode full costing memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi dan memungkinkan perusahaan menetapkan harga jual yang realistis serta mampu mengidentifikasi efisiensi biaya. Oleh karena itu, metode ini disarankan untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan keuangan dan strategi usaha pada UMKM sejenis.
