Abstract

Companies always have problems with employee performance. However, sometimes factors from the individual side are difficult to know, such as stress and work discipline. This research, trying to analyze and describe the phenomena that occur in Bank Danamon employees. The quantitative approach was chosen because it has advantages, therefore the analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The number of samples is 60 employees and the sampling technique used is census. The research instrument uses a questionnaire spread method with a closed statement form. The results showed work stress has a significant effect on work performance of 0,436. Work discipline has a significant effect on work performance of 0,400. Jointly work stress and work discipline have a significant effect on work performance with a determination coefficient of 0,252

Abstract

Tri Dharma is a classic problem. Again, limitations and barriers are used as reasons. To answer this, a study of factors influencing lecturer performance was conducted. The quantitative approach was chosen because it has advantages, therefore the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The number of samples is 100 people and the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research instrument used the method of distributing questionnaires with a closed statement form. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,502. Motivation has a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,328. Simultaneously, compensation and motivation significantly influence performance with a determination coefficient of 44,9%. This confirms the theory, that the implementation of Tri Dharma required HR factors

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam pengelolaan sampah memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan sampah dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi rumah tangga warga Kelurahan Bedahan Sawangan, Depok. Fokus utama dari program ini adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan yang mengarah pada peningkatan keterampilan dalam memilah, mendaur ulang, serta memanfaatkan sampah sebagai sumber daya ekonomi. Dengan mendirikan dan mengelola bank sampah, diharapkan masyarakat dapat memperoleh pendapatan tambahan melalui penjualan bahan daur ulang, sekaligus berperan aktif dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Program ini juga bertujuan untuk mengubah pola pikir masyarakat mengenai sampah, dari beban menjadi potensi ekonomi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas SDM dalam pengelolaan sampah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Bureaucratic Reform, and Work Motivation on Work Ethic and its impact on the quality of Public Service at the Depok District Attorney's Office. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 107 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the influence of independent variables on Work Ethic and Public Service. The results show that Bureaucratic Reform and Work Motivation have a significant positive impact on Work Ethic, while Leadership Style does not show a significant influence. The study also emphasizes that a strong Work Ethic is a key factor in improving the quality of Public Service. Therefore, a comprehensive management strategy, including participative leadership, continuous bureaucratic reform, and an integrated motivation program, is essential to enhance employee performance and the quality of services provided to the public.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui  Pengaruh Mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan Terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berwirausaha (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Semester 3 Universitas Pamulang).  Jumlah  sampel  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 responden. Metode Analisa data yang digunakan meliputi: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas,   uji  regresi linier, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi serta uji t  (uji hipotesis). Hasil uji regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi   Y =  14,154 + 0,385X, hasil uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa  mata kuliah kewirausahaan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat  mahasiswa berwirausaha dengan nilai thitung (1,349) < ttabel (1,994)   dan taraf signifikansi 0,182 > 0,05.  Adapun besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 16,1%. Kunci: Mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan: Minat Berwirausaha

Abstract

The purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to find out how much the application of management in the development of marine products that have an impact on the welfare of local communities. The measurement method uses three approaches including (1) phenomenalogical research method where qualitative methods can be interpreted as a method based on the philosophy of postpositivism used in object conditions, where the researcher as a key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combined) the results of the analysis is inductive which is to suppress the meaning of Creswell 2009 generalization (in his book Sugiyono 2017: 24), (2) The grounded theory method of this research is a type of qualitative method, in which the researcher draws on the generalization observed inductively, (3) Ethnography Method is Qualitative Strategy menrurut (Crewell 2209) states one type of qualitative research is that researchers conduct group culture studies through interview observation. The results of observations and interviews and training on community service are very potential fisheries subsector commodities, from the high demand for sustainable fish supply. Results of assistance to management in the development of marine fish culture management (sea farming) to increase community income in the Thousand Islands, Jakarta, Development of results need to be formed cooperatives or business units, in an effort to increase community income in the thousand islands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Angkasa Pura II. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 109 Responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Secara parsial, masing-masing Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dimana Lingkungan Kerja paling dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero). Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.491 yang berarti variabilitas variabel terikat yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yaitu Komunikasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan adalah sebesar 49,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
