Abstract

The sustainability of home industries is often threatened by risk management that is still intuitive and reactive. This study aims to formulate a risk mitigation strategy at Mulia Snackbox & Cookies using the ISO 31000:2018 framework. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study identified 35 risk events spread across seven operational segments. Evaluation through the Likelihood and Impact matrix maps a number of crucial risks at the priority level, consisting of 1 Extreme risk (utility disruption) and 12 High risks (dominated by fluctuations in raw material prices and operational techniques). The formulated mitigation strategies include Risk Reduction (provision of energy reserves and routine machine maintenance), Risk Sharing (negotiation of corporate contract clauses), and Risk Avoidance (disciplined financial segregation). The results of the study prove that ISO 31000 adaptation provides a structured approach to improving operational resilience and long-term business financial stability.

Abstract

The phenomenon of TikTok’s FYP (For You Page) in shaping adolescent identity is a complex and multifaceted topic, depending on the context of each individual involved. Social media, particularly the FYP (For You Page) on TikTok, can have positive influences when used within reasonable limits, as it can strengthen identity and empower individuals by allowing them to express their values, interests, and beliefs, as well as increase self-confidence through sharing experiences. However, social media—especially the FYP—also triggers social comparison, creating pressure to conform to certain standards of beauty, lifestyle, or achievement. This can influence how adolescents perceive themselves, and may even encourage them to alter their character and appearance in order to follow trending standards. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method using Erik Erikson’s identity theory. This approach provides broader insights into the influence of social media on adolescent identity in the digital era.
