Abstract

This research was carried out on the Maros-Bone axis road in Sawaru Village, Camba sub-district, Maros district, South Sulawesi. This area is one of the areas prone to ground movement. This is because this area has a hilly and humid geographical condition. To find out the subsurface conditions, a research using the 2-dimensional type geoelectric resistivity method with the Wenner configuration. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the 2-dimensional cross section shows that the Camba sub-district which consists of clay rock, alluvium rock, gravel, compact sedimentary rock, and ground water and the point of dosing is at a depth of 8 meters. This layer has a resistivity value between the resistivity value of 2.71 5,m-5.78 Ωm which is characterized by water-saturated clay rocks and can cause landslides at any time because of the pressure from the top of the rock with a large value of resistivity. The slip plane is marked with clay rock at a depth of 4 meters-8 meters. This type of avalanche is a rotational avalanche.

Abstract

Bidara root (Ziziphus mauritiana Lam.) has activity as an antibacterial against digestive tract infections. This study aims to determine the antibacterial activity of isolate IFAZ-6 endophytic fungi of bidara root against bacteria that cause digestive tract infections using the TLC-Bioautography method. Purification was conducted on the active isolate IFAZ-6 to obtain a pure endophytic fungi isolate. Subsequently, macroscopic and microscopic observations were carried out. Then, fermentation was performed in MYB (Maltose Yeast Broth) medium for 21 days. Screening and evaporation were conducted to produce an extract. The obtained extract was subjected to TLC analysis using a chloroform: methanol eluent (7:1). The TLC-Bioautography test was conducted against Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysentriae, and Vibrio cholerae bacteria. The TLC identification results showed one spot with an Rf value of 0.80 for the IFAZ-6 isolate. The chromatogram profile obtained from the TLC-Bioautography method for the IFAZ-6 isolate demonstrated antibacterial activity against bacteria that cause digestive tract infections.

Abstract

The Indonesian Mortality Table, which was specifically based on the real conditions of Indonesia, was successfully created for the first time in 1993. The mortality table was called the Indonesian Mortality Table (IMT) I of 1993. In its preparation from IMT II to IMT III, the time span was long enough that the Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia (AAJI) and Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia (PAI) formed a team to prepare the Indonesian Mortality Table IV (IMT IV) which studied data during the study period between 2013-2017. Finally, the IV Indonesian Mortality Table was compiled in 2019. In this study, the mortality table used was the 2019 Indonesian Mortality Table issued by Persatuan Aktuaris Indonesia (PAI), as well as a modification of the 2019 IMT with Gompertz Law. In Gompertz's Law, one method that can be used is the least power square method. This study will show the suitability of Gompertz's Law against TMI 2019 for men and TMI 2019 for women, as well as to determine the suitability of Gompertz's Law using the Least Square Method for IMT 2019 for men and IMT 2019 for women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami gambaran serta dampak kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek kognitif dan keterampilan pada peserta didik kelas VIII UPTD SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Parepare. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Populasi studi mencakup seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII UPTD SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Parepare. Sampel sebanyak 119 peserta didik dipilih dengan menggunakan metode stratified cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan (1) Skala Kecerdasan Interpersonal, (2) Tes hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek kognitif, dan (3) Tes hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek keterampilan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode statistika deskriptif dan statistika inferensial, khususnya regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan utama: (1) Kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik berada pada tingkat sedang, sementara hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek kognitif dan keterampilan berada pada tingkat sangat rendah. (2) Kecerdasan interpersonal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek kognitif peserta didik. (3) Kecerdasan interpersonal juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek keterampilan peserta didik. (4) Terdapat pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek kognitif peserta didik. (5) Kecerdasan interpersonal juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika dalam aspek keterampilan peserta didik kelas VIII UPTD SMP Negeri Sekecamatan Bacukiki Barat Kota Parepare.
