Abstract

In the midst of the pressure of modernity, cultural products as a valuable culture created by the children of the nation are maintained. One of them is the regional art "Sintren" which develops along the northern coast of Central Java, especially in Pemalang Regency. Sintren's art begins with folklore / legend believed by the public about the love story of Sulasih and R. Sulandono, a son of the Mataram Regent, Joko Bahu or known by the name Bahurekso and Rr. Rantamsari. Sintren dance art is considered unique, because many say its movements are out of common sense awareness, accompanied by songs and some simple musical instruments. Along with the development of the era of sintren as an art is one of the parts of culture affected by the current of modernity. Forms of modernity, for example, places of entertainment that are modern include: cinema, café, karaoke, mall, and so on displacing the existence of art as an alternative entertainment that contains elements of education and enlightenment, especially traditional art. Sintren's art has lost its prestige, partly because the community itself does not care about Sintren's art. They assume, staging Sintren art is not relevant to the times. However, the empowerment of Sintren art still exists because of the enthusiasm of Sintren artists who strive to revive Sintren art more than a "devotion" to preserve the cultural heritage of ancestors, or want to preserve the values ​​of wisdom stored in it, as practiced by members of the Circle of Friends Sintren Slamet Rahayu Sirau Hamlet Paduraksa Village.

Abstract

The emergence of various issues such as global warming and inequality of rural and urban communities in terms of development and lifestyle make problems, even lead to disharmony of life that leads to the threat of national unity. Therefore it is necessary to thoroughly study the optimization of the potential of natural resources and human resources in the village. One of them is the village innovation program, a village that is able to utilize village resources in a new way based on science and technology and local wisdom for the welfare of the community, the progress of the village and the improvement of the standard of living of the community by involving all elements of the village. This study seeks to uncover various potentials in 34 villages in 7 sub-districts in the Pemalang District, with an analysis of Talcott Parson's structural functionalism approach with four functional frameworks, namely adapttion, integration, goal attainment, and lithency pattern maintenance). The approach resulted in 10 pilot villages Innovation Village.

Abstract

Dengan dimulainya MEA maka setiap negara anggota ASEAN harus meleburkan batas teritori dalam sebuah pasar bebas, karena MEA akan menyatukan pasar setiap negara dalam kawasan menjadi pasar tunggal. Pembentukan MEA itu sendiri dilandaskan pada empat pilar yaitu kawasan ekonomi berdaya saing tinggi, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang merata, integrasi ke perekonomian global dan pilar terakhir adalah menjadikan ASEAn sebagai pasar tunggal dan kesatuan basis produksi melalui barang dan jasa, investasi, modal dan tenaga kerja terampil. Untuk menyiapkan tenaga terampil yang berdaya saing, maka Indonesia harus bekerja keras meningkatkan SDMnya, baik secara formal maupun informal. Diharapkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia Indonesia minimal mampu memenuhi ketentuan dalam Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) sebagai upaya untuk mendukung arus bebas tenaga kerja, memfasilitasi pergerakan tenaga kerja yang didasarkan pada suatu kontrak perjanjian untuk mendukung kegiatan perdagangan dan investasi di sektor jasa. Disinilah kompetensi profesi guru dipertaruhkan, karena ditangan guru terletak nasib suatu generasi, terutama dalam menghadapi MEA.

Abstract

The forerunners of the ancestors of the Indonesian people are suspected as the descendants of a mixture of Mongolian, Caucasian and Negrito races, as humans with continental traditions, who then changed post-ice island archipelago traditions, long before BC in prehistoric times. Based on a University of Leeds study and published in May 2008, Molecular Biology and Evolution, most of the mitochondrial DNA lines (inherited by female offspring) have developed in the Southeast Asian island region for a longer period of time, namely since modern humans arrived around 50,000 years ago. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 6 Pemalang, serta untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengelola kelas VII di SMP Negeri 6 Pemalang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menentukan instrumen yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang diteliti dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat penguasaan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 6 Pemalang yang berjumlah 3 orang cukup baik, dan persepsi mereka terhadap kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki juga cukup baik hal ini dapat dilihat pada peranannya sebagai pengelola kelas guru mampu mengelola kelas sebagai lingkungan belajar yang nyaman dan kondusif melalui pengawasan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang di lakukan.
