Abstract

Health is very important for every individual. This will make people more concerned with their health and will make various efforts to maintain their health. On the other hand, the state is obliged to guarantee the health of its citizens. Therefore, the state established a National Health Insurance (JKN) program to provide health insurance for all Indonesian people. This government program is organized by the Health Insurance Administration Agency (BPJS). This study aims to determine the extent of satisfaction of inpatients in Melania Hospital to the services provided by the BPJS Health program. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods in finding answers to the level of satisfaction of inpatients in Melania Hospital using the BPJS Health program. This explanation is supported by questionnaire data obtained from 317 inpatients using the BPJS Health program. The results of this study indicate that the quality of services provided by Melania Hospital to BPJS inpatients is good with a total average value of 4.10. For tangible dimensions the average value is 4.10, the reliability dimension the average value is 4.04, the responsiveness dimension the average value is 4.12, the assurance dimension the average value is 4.09 and the empathy dimension the average value is 4.13. The advice given is that Melania Hospital should fix a number of indicators that are still below the standard set by Melania Hospital. Abstract

The focus of this research is to evaluate and determine how Celebrity Endorsements and Social Media Marketing influence the desire to purchase 3MONGGIS products. This local fashion product is quite successful in selling its various products. This research falls into the quantitative paradigm category. Sources of data collection include secondary data from the internet as well as journals and primary data collected through searching for main data output by looking for respondents who know the 3MONGGIS brand and distributing general news to predetermined respondents. Taking a sample of 140 people from respondents who were familiar with the 3MONGKIS brand, the purposive sampling method was used for sampling. The research results were evaluated and tested using classical assumptions and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. This study shows that Celebrity Endorsement and Social Media Marketing have a significant influence on Purchase Intention for 3MONGGIS products. Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) how much digital marketing influences the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor, 2) how much service quality influences the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor, and 3) how much digital marketing and service quality together influence the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor. This research is quantitative. The research sample was 150 Maxim’s user respondents. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, where every element in the population has an equal chance of being selected. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis and testing techniques included multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that digital marketing and service quality have positive and significant influence on the usage decisions for Maxim's online transportation services in Bogor City, both individually and together. The coefficient of determination, with an R Square value of 0.392 (39.2%), indicates that digital marketing and service quality together explain 39.2% of the usage decisions, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Because of the Covid-19 epidemic, human health care and treatment behavior has moved and changed. Hospital outpatient services have made many attempts to retain patient confidence in restricting the spread of Covid-19 in hospitals. This study aims to see how patient trust in the Covid-19 epidemic condition affects outpatient behavior. Some parts of the study include hospital health protocols, hospital measures to control Covid-19 distribution, and the overall state of Covid-19 dissemination in the city where the hospital is located. A non-probability sampling survey method surveyed 104 outpatients at Melania Hospital in Bogor. The study's findings were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling to determine patient confidence elements. In addition, the questionnaire's results were examined using descriptions and cross-tabulations of respondent biodata and outpatient behavior. In general, all of the variables investigated have a favorable impact on the respondent's level of trust. Furthermore, these characteristics were examined in importance, starting with the highest and ending with the lowest. Based on this analysis, this report makes marketing recommendations for outpatient services connected to the Covid-19 epidemic

Abstract

The development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) requires a solid foundation in both ethical business conduct and basic financial recording skills. In Kampung Cincau, Kelurahan Gudang, many MSME actors still lack sufficient understanding of business ethics principles and do not possess basic bookkeeping skills. This community service activity aims to provide training on business ethics and basic bookkeeping to enhance MSME performance and credibility. The methods used include interactive seminars, ethical case simulations, and bookkeeping workshops based on daily business transactions. The results showed that 78% of participants were able to understand business ethics values and independently prepare basic financial reports. This activity is a strategic step in strengthening MSME capacity through ethical and financial literacy.
