Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode, penerapan, faktor penghambat dan pendukung supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif jenis fenomenologi. Tenik pengambilan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan  kualitatif yang bersifat induktif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pertama, Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah menggunakan metode pendekatan kolaboratif. Teknik supervisi yang digunakan, menggunakan dua teknik yaitu teknik individu dan kelompok. Teknik individu meliputi: kujungan kelas, observasi dan pertemuan individu.  Teknik kelompok dengan mengadakan rapat dan pelatihan guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Kedua, Penerapan supervisi akademik diterapkan kepada semua guru. Dilaksanakan pada awal tahun ajaran baru, setiap bulan secara terjadwal dan tidak terjadwal (insidental). Ketiga, faktor penghambat meliputi: (a) waktu pelaksanaannya tidak sesuai dengan jadwal, (b) faktor kesehatan guru dan supervisor, (c) faktor sosial guru yang disupervisi usianya lebih tua dari supervisor. Faktor pendukung meliputi: (a) faktor keterbukaan guru, (b) kepala sekolah dapat mengontrol, membimbing dan mengembangkan keterampilan guru, (c) kepala sekolah termotivasi untuk beribadah meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa.

Abstract

PT PJB UBJOM and PLTU Pacitan are using steam power to produce electricity called a Steam Power Plan. The process uses a coal-fired boiler to heat water and produces steam (high-temperature water vapor) to turn a turbine. There is always a risk of crushing injuries, electrical shocks and burns, boiler fires, and explosions, and contact with hazardous chemicals in the work environment, which is frequently hot and noisy and involves several large equipment and processes. The objective of this research is to analyze the risk assessment in Boiler systems with Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP). Additionally, the usual risk matrix was used to quantify and rank the likelihood and severity of each deviation. The five probability and severity categories are divided into four risk assessment levels by the 5x5 risk matrix. This study uses the risk matrix on PT. PJB standard. According to the results of the Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) on PT PJB's boiler system, there are two study nodes with extremely high-risk levels: the feed water setting to the steam drum has a damaged feed water pump, and the steam pressure on the steam drum has a damaged safety valve. As a result, the water level is low, and the boiler trips. The controls implemented by PT PJB are pump repair/ replacement, feed water flow sensor, steam drum level sensor, inspection/ safety valve repair, leak check, sensor level, sensor pressure, and safety valve certification.

Abstract

Sentra industri gamelan di Kabupaten Ponorogo belum menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pemahaman pemilik industri dan pekerja mengenai pentingnya penerapan K3 di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, penerapan K3 di IKM khususnya pada sentra industri Kabupaten Ponorogo harus efektif dan optimal untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing sentra industri. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menilai penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan metode HAZOP dan WISE di Sentra Industri Gamelan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan deskriptif analitik. Objek penelitian yaitu empat industri gamelan di sentra industri gamelan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko di sentra industri menggunakan metode HAZOP serta penilaian penerapan K3 menggunakan metode WISE. Hasil identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko menggunakan HAZOP worksheet menunjukkan sebanyak 60 % faktor bahaya di sentra industri gamelan Kabupaten Ponorogo memperoleh skor risiko pada level tinggi. Hasil observasi WISE checklist menunjukkan usulan tindakan perbaikan sangat dibutuhkan dengan persentase pada masing-masing industri yaitu industri A sebanyak 55,17 %, industri B sebanyak 50 %, industri C sebanyak 51,72 %, dan industri D sebanyak 56,90 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di sentra industri gamelan Kabupaten Ponorogo masih sangat rendah dengan persentase pada masing-masing industri yaitu industri A sebesar 6,9 %, industri B sebesar 12,07 %, industri C sebesar 10,34 %, dan industri D sebesar 6,9 %.
