Abstract

Production is very principle for the survival and also human and earth civilization. Indeed production is born and grows from the union of humans with nature. Production activities are a chain of consumption and distribution. Production activities that produce goods and services, then consumed by consumers. Without production, economic activity will stop, and vice versa. To produce goods and services, production activities involve many factors of production. One definition of production is the activity of creating benefits in the present and future. Besides the above understanding, the definition of production also refers to the process that transforms input into output. All types of inputs that enter the production process to produce production output are called production factors. Production not only physically creates something that does not exist, but makes something from the old elements of nature useful. From livestock, for example, people can take their skin to make clothes and other finished goods, from milk to livestock can be squeezed into drinks of fresh milk or milk powder for babies. Humans must optimize their minds and expertise to develop investment resources and types of businesses in carrying out what they have said.

Abstract

An agreement on a wage payment system that  is undertaken by musta’jīr in cash with payment when the rice fields are plowed after being plowed. However, in practice, many parties  must not pay directly the wages that must be musta’jīr. This happened due to the inability of musta’jīr caused by the transfer of capital for planting and maintenance costs.  Delay in paying wages raises injustice and losses for one party. In fact, the ijarāh  contract contains the principle of justice by avoiding the element of loss for one of the parties. So this research is important to be carried out, with this research it is hoped that it will be able to bring benefits, not only to one party but to all parties involved in the contract. This research is a field research that directly seeks information from the public. By conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The primary data source used is in the form of informants who have made rental transactions at rice plow services in Pakikiran Village, namely from service providers, tractor owners and farmers. The results of this study show that the practice of  renting rice plow services that occurs in Pakikiran Village has occurred since the 90s. In responding to the delay in wage payment, the people of Pakikiran Village refer to the principle of helping each other. Because even though there are parties who are harmed, on the other hand there are parties who must be helped because of their inability to pay the wages directly, because the payment of wages for rice plow services is diverted to planting costs to avoid damage in the form of crop failure and also crop failure. It has become a habit of the local community so that economic activities always bring benefits. Based on the study of existing Islamic law, even though there are delays in the wage payment system. However, the delay is forgiven because it is a good community custom and does not contradict Islamic law.

Abstract

The payment system cannot be separated from the development of money, starting from cash payments to non-cash payments. Bank Indonesia launched the Quick Response (QR Code) standard as stated in Board of Governors Regulation Number 21/18/PADG/2019 concerning Implementation of the National Quick Response Code Standard for Payments. This QR Code is a payment via a server-based electronic money application, electronic wallet, or mobile banking called QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). When the digital payment applications used by consumers are different, the shop (merchant) only needs to provide 1 QR code. QRIS, like electronic money, offers a lot of comfort and convenience. However, apart from having many benefits and advantages, it raises pros and cons among the public. Some parties doubt the security and effectiveness of this payment system and this system still requires socialization regarding the procedures for its use. Buying and selling using QRIS to Merchants is the same as a general sale and purchase agreement, namely a contract between two parties where the first party hands over the goods and the second party hands over compensation, either in the form of money or goods. However, the implementation of MDR is only determined by one party, namely Bank Indonesia without agreement or an element of willingness by the merchant, resulting in coercion (AlIkrah), so the use of QRIS in electronic transactions does not meet legal requirements and according to Hanafiyah scholars, the contract is false. This is because QRIS can be used if electronic money is available in an application. So the use of electronic money has been regulated as a means of payment by following the provisions contained in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council No: 116/DSNMUI/IX/20I7 concerning Sharia Electronic Money. From a sharia law perspective, electronic money or e-money is permitted based on the many benefits contained in it.
