Abstract

Dalam kenyataan hidup orang kristen pada umumnya dan katolik pada khususnya terdapat aneka bentuk pelayanan. Pelayanan yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah: pastoral (Indonesia) dari pastoralia (Latin) dan ministry(Ingris) dipergunakan dalam beberapa pengertian yang menunjukan karasteristik dari pelayanan itu sendiri, kendati mempunyai kesamaan dalam esensi dasarnya. Berikut ini, deskripsi tentang beberapa istilah yang dipakai sehubungan dengan pastoral. Pastoral Teologi adalah cabang dari teologi kristiani yang berhubungan dengan tugas dan fungsi dari pastor (gembala). Disebut teologi karena membahas tentang konsekwensi-konsekwensi dari penyingkapan diri Allah di dalam sejarah dan disebut pastoral karena berhubungan dengan konsekwensi-konsekwensi teologis itu sebagai bagian dari peran, tugas, kewajiban dan pekerjaan dari pastoral/kegembalaan.Akan tetapi dalam kaitan dengan pengertian tersebut di atas, pastoral teologi adalah suatu bentuk khusus dari teologi praktis karena berfokus kepada pelayanan praktis, dengan perhatian kepada pengertian sistimatis tentang tugas dan fungsi pastoral/pelayanan.1 Pastoral teologi adalah suatu bentuk sistematis teologi, karena mengusahakan suatu sitematis, refleksi yang konsisten atas tugas dan hak-hak dari pelayanan dan yang merupakan bagian integral dalam hubungan dengan tugas-tugas pelayanan. Kata Seward Hiltner: ”Teologi Pastoral merupakan cabang teologi yang berfokus pada opersional/kegiatan pastoral yang dilakukan pendeta dan Gereja”, oleh karena itu Karl Rahner mendefinisikannya sebagai ”ilmu pengetahuan yang unik dan mandiri, yang mempunyai perspektif khas, yakni ”orientasinya ke arah komitmen, misalnya komitmen Gereja untuk mengaktualisasikan diri di dalam dunia ini, melalui kegiatan-kegiatan atau tindakan-tindkan konkrit yang disebut pastoral.2 Dengan mengambil bentuk yang sedemikian khusus/unik, pastoral teologi dapat dibedakan dari exegese, sejarah dan teologi sistematis, etika, liturgi dan psikologi agama.

Abstract

This article analyzed about the greatest title of Mary based on Anthony M. Buono‘s book which title “The Greatest Marian Title ”. This book contain 24 titles of Mary, but this article focused only on the last title of Mary that is “Mary as Queen of All Hearts”. This article provided several elements related to Mary’s title, as follow: 1) The Culmination, 2) Christ the King of All Hearts, 3) Mary the Queen of All Hearts, 4) Meaning Of the Title, 5) Applications to Us, 6) Prayer to Mary, Queen of All Hearts, and 7) Some Points of Pastoral Implication.

Abstract

Recently, too many conflict events that run down Indonesia. To solve the problems, Indonesia government was used the structural and cultural approach by the several indicators as the culture, politic, journalistic multicultural communication, moral educating, but it was not successful. Today the government rethinks the other policy approach to face many conflicts and demonstrations, as the logic consequency of the new system of the regency autonomy, is the educational multicultural approach. To improve the objective of the government policy, I do the study.The study aims to analyze the library research of the communication multicultural approach in the building of the harmonization society life in Merauke Regency.The process of this study is the analyzing that how the society in Merauke Rengency since 2000 until 2017 was still peacefull and hamony? The result of this study found that: there is a main value that becomes the foundation in interaction and dymic of the society life is “Izakot Bekai, Izakot Kai” (one heart, one goal). To build the society peacefull and harmony life, the leader of Merauke regency was used the multicultural communication approach. Impact of the implementation on the main value that mentioned above is: (a) becoming the ideology of the every member of the Merauke society that must be implemented in every words and action to build the unity and unification; (b) to pressing down the discrimination atittude, group, etnic, cultur and religion, so that each member of the society can accept, respect, each other; (c) becoming the weapon to prefentive the radical groups, separatis groups, that want to provocative Merauke people to disintegrate the unity and unification; (d) becoming the important instrument and foundation of the multicultural communication, that be guarantee of the peacefull and harmony of the Merauke society life; (e) to synchronize the different values and the same values into the one main value is “one heart, one goal”that become always the spirit life of the Merauke regency, dan (f) becoming the umbrella for the Mereauke regency to protect from the conflicts and demonstrations.
