Abstract

The elderly are one of the groups or populations at risk (population at risk) whose numbers are increasing. Allender, Rector, and Warner (2014) said that the population at risk is a group of people who have health problems. The aim of community service intervention activities is to improve the health status of the elderly so that they remain healthy and independent. The method used in this intervention is counseling. The stages include pretest, counseling, question and answer, evaluation, door prize distribution. Participants were very enthusiastic and gave positive responses in the form of active participation in questions and answers in the discussion session. With this activity, elderly people will understand more about diseases that often occur in the elderly and how to prevent them and know how to maintain quality of life

Abstract

Bahu Palawa Village is one of the tourist destination areas in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Bahu Palawa Village is a village with unique nature and culture. Natural wealth, including agriculture, plantations, fisheries, crafts and house architecture, is found in Bahu Palawa Village. The aim of this research is to identify natural and cultural tourism areas in Bahu Palawa Village, Pulang Pisau Regency. The potential of Bahu Palawa Village was obtained from information from the village head and community leaders as an inventory of the development of a tourist area in one of the villages in Central Kalimantan Province. The research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through primary and secondary data collection. The research results show, among other things, identification of natural tourism potential, identification of cultural tourism potential, identification of artificial tourism, analysis of tourism development and analysis of tourism development policies in Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah menyusun dan menyajikan laporan kinerja sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban dari pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi. Laporan kinerja yang dimaksud juga berperan sebagai alat kendali peningkatan kinerja dan perbaikan di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, dengan tujuan menjelaskan capaian kinerja berdasarkan hasil evaluasi LAKIP pada satker Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah pada tahun 2023 serta mengungkapkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang menyebabkan rendahnya nilai LAKIP pada satker Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Capaian kinerja Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah di pengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti kualitas perencanaan, pelaksanaan pengukuran kinerja dan evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja internal, serta faktor eksternal seperti regulasi dan kebijakan pemerintah, pengawasan dari lembaga eksternal, serta harapan dan tuntutan masyarakat. Analisis Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP) di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah untuk tahun 2023 menunjukkan hasil yang “Baik” dengan nilai keseluruhan 65,90 dari nilai maksimal 100, menempatkannya dalam kategori predikat “B”. Efektifitas penggunaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan anggaran dalam upaya pencapaian kinerja Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah yang optimal masih sangat rendah, baik dari jumlah maupun kompetensinya.
