Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kontribusi Program CSR Melanik Farm Rw 001 Garden PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel dalam Pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan penelitian langsung di lapangan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan partisipasi aktif. Dengan mengambil objek penelitian di peternakan melanik RW 001 sebagai salah satu binaan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melanik farm RW 001 program CSR PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel mempunyai kontribusi nyata dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) khususnya pada beberapa tujuan seperti pengentasan kemiskinan, ketahanan pangan, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, konsumsi dan produksi yang bertanggung jawab, tindakan terhadap perubahan iklim, dan perlindungan lingkungan.

Abstract

This research aims to protect the endangered Rufous-Collared Kingfisher (Actenoides concretus) and restore the habitat of this protected bird. This research was conducted at the Plang Ijo Cooperative, a non-governmental organization. The survey location was Labuhan Ratu IX Village, East Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. The research method used was the Shannon-Wiener method. The results of this study indicate that the program's contribution to the environment and/or community includes the ecology of Way Kambas National Park, public education, and economic improvement. Prior to the program, Rufous-Collared Kingfisher (Actenoides Concretus) species was not found, habitat loss occurred, and public aware ness was low. After the program, rejuvenation of the swamp area around Labuhan Ratu IX Village was carried out in collaboration with the Plang Ijo Cooperative as an effort to restore the natural ecosystem of the habitat using enrichment planting (genome-based ecosystem restoration classification using ecological engineering techniques). The program's contribution to achieving the SDGs includes addressing climate change and terrestrial ecosystems.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the public satisfaction index regarding the Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) activities of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang and to identify the categories of satisfaction indicators. The research was conducted on the ecobrick group in Kampung Baru Tiga, North Panjang Village, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province, involving a total of 30 respondents. The research variables were derived from the basic elements of public satisfaction index measurement as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017. The variables include knowledge of the company’s CSER program, program suitability with regional conditions, infrastructure and facility readiness, product quality, costs and tariffs, alignment with community needs, community satisfaction with services, community involvement, potential for business sustainability, human resources in business development, and program development innovation. The results indicate that the public satisfaction index for the CSR program of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Panjang is 87.3, with all indicator values falling within the ‘good’ category.
