Abstract

This study aims to provide education on strategies to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Padahurip Village, Banjarwangi District, Garut Regency. The research data were collected from eight Posyandu (community health posts) in the village. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with counseling and socialization during the Community Service (KKN) program. The results of this activity indicate an increased public understanding of the importance of stunting prevention, especially through improving nutrition for pregnant women and toddlers. The education provided was effective in raising awareness and engaging the community in efforts to reduce stunting rates in the area. The conclusion of this study is that education-based approaches through Posyandu can be an effective strategy in accelerating the reduction of stunting.

Abstract

The manufacture of aircraft wings is a complex production process that requires high accuracy and precision. Each component must be manufactured to strict standards in order to meet the expected safety and quality criteria. One of the problems that often arise in the production process is component reject, where the component does not meet the set quality standards and must be discarded. The Ref D-Nose Panel component is a very important part in the manufacture of aircraft wings. This section serves as a protector and stabilizer on the nose of the aircraft wing. Therefore, the quality and accuracy of the manufacture and installation of these components is very important to ensure the safety and quality of the aircraft. During the manufacture of Ref D-Nose components, it was possible for these components to become damaged. Defects in the D-nose plate components can affect the quality and performance of the aircraft and even endanger the safety of passengers. The Importance of Reject Analysis for the Aviation Industry, which is included in a high-risk industry, is one of the things that is very influential for the quality of a product, so that there is no loss that must be compensated by the PT for consumers due to the occurrence of rejects. This loss is because the cost of making a component is very large and if the component is not in accordance with the wishes of the consumer, the consumer does not want to accept the component so that the loss is borne by the company. The research was conducted only by using Pareto Charts. The application of the Pareto Diagram is expected to be able to reduce the defect rate so that the quality of the company can increase. , eight types of defects were identified in the Ref D-Nose Panel component consisting of pitting corrosion defects on the surface area, corrosion toolmarks, scratches on marking areas, corrosion toolmarks, damagers, damaged parts/materials, diameter damage, False Cut errors in the chemical mill area , additional hole diameter on the countersunk area, and Actual contour part.

Abstract

Penulisan ini disusun dalam tujuan untuk mempelajari dan meninjau pelaksanaan putusan tata usaha negara dalam pelanggaran adminisrasi pemilu berdasarkan Putusan No. 56/G/SPPU/2018/PTUN-JKT. Penelitian ini dibuat dalam metode literature kepustakaan dan menggunakan putusan sebagai objek penelitian Hasil yang diperoleh adalah preskriptif. Tujuan rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Bagaimana Putusan Nomor 56/G/SPPU/2018/PTUN-JKT atas Partai Politik PKP Indonesia dan (2) Mengapa Majelis mengabulkan permohonan Partai Politik PKP Indonesia. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah (1) Bahwa putusan Nomor 56/G/SPPU/2018/PTUN-JKT memberikan kepastian hukum kepada PKP Indonesia sebagai partai politik untuk dapat ikut serta dalam kegiatan pemilu setelah memperoleh pemulihan hak akibat pelanggaran administratif yang dikeluarkan oleh KPU RI. (2) Bahwa pertimbangan majelis hakim PTUN Jakarta adalah memberikan pemahaman bahwa KPU RI harus dapat menjalankan tugas dna tanggungjawabnya sesuai dengan asas-asas hukum penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik dimana keputusan yang ada yaitu keputusan MK tidak dapat meniadakan keputusan KPU RI sebelumnya terhadap hasil administratif dari PKP Indonesia yang sudah dinyatakan lolos dan dapat mengikuti tahap verifikasi factual berdasarkan Berita Acara Hasil Akhir Penelitian Administrasi Dokumen Persyaratan Partai Politik Calon Peserta Pemilu Tahun 2019 Nomor: 92/PL.01.1-BA/03/KPU/XII/2017 tertanggal 22 Desember 2017

Abstract

This writing is meant to figure out how effective using Sipol is in the registration process for Candidates for the 2024 Election. The method used in this research is the library research method using laws and regulations and Bawaslu decisions as data material for research. The problems to be discussed in this study are (1). What are the obstacles in implementing Sipol in the registration process for Candidates for Election Contestants?, and (2). How effective is using Sipol based on Bawaslu Decision Number: 003/PS?REG/BAWASLU/X/2022? The results of this study are in the form of conclusions, namely (1). Obstacles in the implementation and use of Sipol come from HR factors, both HR from Political Parties as users of Sipol, factors from weak Sipol servers which often experience errors so they cannot be used optimally, as well as elements from the limited time in the process of using Sipol, namely at the stage of the verification process political party data, (2). The maximum effectiveness of the use of Sipol has not been achieved, it can be seen based on the Bawaslu Decision Number: 003/PS.REG/BAWASLU/X/2022, where the Republican Party was declared disqualified as a Candidate for the 2024 Election based on the KPU Decree which was caused by obstacles to the use of the Sipol application , The Bawaslu Adjudication Committee stated that technical problems in using Sipol should not occur because it is contrary to the principles of election administration including the principles of independence, honesty, fairness, legal certainty, orderly, openness, proportionate, professional, accountable, effective and efficient.
