Abstract

Artikel ini berusaha mengkaji gerakan dakwah dan ideologi radikal Al Ikhwan AL Muslimun. Berdasarkan hasil kajian Penulis berupaya bersikap moderat dalam menilai Jama’ah Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimun bahwa Jama’ah Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimun memiliki andil dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan bangsa Mesir, juga bangsa Islam lainnya yang dicengkeram imperialis Barat, seperti Palestina dan Indonesia. Mengidentikkan Islam sebagai agama yang tersebar dengan kekerasan dan identik dengan teror dengan menutup sebelah mata adalah sikap yang tidak adil, terlebih setelah runtuhnya negara komunis uni soviet dan Islam tentu dipandang sebagai tatanan atau ideologi besar di dunia yang berpotensi besar menyaingi ideologi kapitalis Barat. Melihat kejahilan segelintir jama’ah Islam lalu menggeneralisirkannya pada seluruh Jama’ah dan gerakan Islam lainnya, khususnya Jama’ah Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimun adalah sikap yang tidak adil dan cenderung muncul dari jiwa inferior, terlebih pada masa umat Islam tertinggal di bidang sain dan teknologi.

Abstract

The pandemic COVID-19 has encouraged the implementation of distance learning (DL) which is applied to all, including children with disabilities. The DL guidelines were launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in order to continue to fulfill the disability right to education. This literature study research analyzes the evaluation of media using the QUOTA (Qualified, Up to date, Objectivity, True, Accurate) approach. The results show that guidance is good enough as a first step in providing information for parents, educators, and children. Along with the challenges and obstacles of DL felt by all parties, the DL guidelines for children with disabilities need to be updated regularly and adjusted to the situations and obstacles that arise in the implementation of DL Keywords: children, COVID-19, disability, distance learning, guidelines

Abstract

The development of Qur'anic interpretation in the contemporary era shows a tendency to be increasingly responsive to current issues such as socio-political issues, feminism, and the ecological crisis. This article aims to analyze and compare the exegetical methodologies developed by Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern scholars over the past five years. Using a library study approach in reputable scientific journals, this study finds that Southeast Asian scholars tend to prioritize sociological contextual interpretations rooted in local realities, while Middle Eastern scholars emphasize the maqāṣid al sharī‘ah approach and critical hermeneutics. These differences demonstrate the epistemological diversity of contemporary exegesis and open up space for methodological dialogue between regions.
