Abstract

Problems that are often found in public services, including health care, is the quality of service that is not fully satisfactory. This study aims to examinethe influence of service procedures and facilities to service quality of public health. This research used survey method with explanatory type. The target of this research is participant of Jamkesmas Program. Sampling technique used accidental sampling. Research instrument used questionnare. Analyse done quantitatively with product moment correlation and multiple regression. Result of research showed that service procedure and service facility, both of partially and simultantly, has significant influence toward service quality at participant of Jamkesmas Program. It was showed that service procedure and service facility have important role to support service quality. Based from the result, all of hypothesis proposed was accepted.

Abstract

Posyandu Program is very important to support mother and child health. The successful of Posyandu Program needed active role of health cadre and public participation. The aim of the research is to know the relation of cadre ability and public participation with the efectiveness of Posyandu Program at Karangpucung Village Purwokerto Selatan Subdistrict Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted at Karangpucung Village Purwokerto Selatan Subdistrict Banyumas Regency with the target research was the Posyandu Cadre in its village. The research used survey, sampling method used total sampling, data collecting method used intreview, observation, questionnare, and documentation. The data analyzed used correlation of tau c rank Kendall, partial Kendall rank correlation, and Kendall concordance coefficient. The result of this research showed that Cadre ability has significant relation with the efectiveness of Posyandu Program. It proved with t-test value bigger than t-table in level of significance 95% ((3.435 > 2.00). Public participation has significant relation with the efectiveness of Posyandu Program. It proved with t-test value bigger than t-table in level of significance 95% (3.524 > 2.00). Cadre ability and public participation, collectivelly, has significant relation with efectiveness of Posyandu Program. It proved with X2-test value (53.343) bigger than X2-table in level of significance 95% (5.991). Based from the results, so all hypothesis proposed was accepted. Implication of this research is: ability of Cadre Posyandu should be increased continually, especially cadre which not yet followed the specialized training of cadre. Otherwise, elite figure require to be involved to support the activities of Posyandu Program.

Abstract

Tingkat kecemasan primigravida dalam menghadapi persalinan umumnya lebih tinggi dari pada wanita yang sudah hamil untuk kedua kalinya dan seterusnya. Dukungan orang terdekat, terutama suami sangat penting untuk mengurangi kecemasan primigravida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kecemasan primigravida pada trimester ketiga dalam menghadapi persalinan. Penelitian mengunakan metode cross-sectional. Populasi adalah primigravida di trimester ketiga. Sampel diambil secara random pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2013  di Puskesmas Kembaran II. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden (91,1%) menyatakan bahwa suami memberikan dukungan yang tinggi kepada istrinya yang sedang hamil. Dukungan ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap suasana psikologis ibu hamil, terutama untuk mengurangi tingkat kecemasan yang muncul pada kehamilan pertama. Semua responden mengalami kecemasan pada trimester ketiga. Mayoritas (60,7%) mengalami kecemasan yang parah, diikuti oleh kecemasan sedang (33,9%), dan hanya 5,4% yang mengalami kecemasan ringan. Hasil analisis Chi-Square menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kecemasan primigravida pada trimester ketiga dalam menghadapi persalinan dengan nilai p 0,027.
