Abstract

Existing job opportunities are followed by different responsibilities. The higher the economic growth, the more complex the competition will be, thus making the responsibility for the work even heavier. This condition has a high impact on the potential for the Indonesian people to experience mental health problems which will ultimately have an effect to the productivity of each individual and have a collective impact on the performance of the company. The purpose of this research is to understand the usage of mental health promotion to leverage productivity  Employee in Workforce. This study uses a literature review research method or literature review in analyzing and studying cases. The result of this study showed that three strategies for implementing mental health promotion in the work environment, namely Mental health promotion through working motivation and work environment, Mental health promotion through ethical leadership and psychological empowerment, and Mental health promotion through self-efficacy and employee engagement.

Abstract

This research is about the evaluation of social rehabilitation program for children trafficking victims conducted by Rumah Faye Batam, which is generally aimed to restore the social functions of the victims. The thesis is formative-evaluative research using a qualitative approach specified to elaborate on the implementation of the program, and also to identify and analyze the supporting factors and the constraints as a foundation of the program development. The result of the research shows that in the implementation of social rehabilitation programs at Rumah Faye, there are 7 stages which include various activities that refer to the flow of services and also the logical framework that has been developed by Rumah Faye itself. Rumah Faye Batam is currently facing many issues internally and externally, such as the unavailability of professionals and other issues constraining the implementation of the program. On the other hand, the opportunity that the program has is not neglectable such as having resources to operate the program, cooperation with other similar parties, the involvement of volunteers, etc.

Abstract

This research depict a new paradigm of elderly. All this time, the elderly have been thouht as an unproductive age group, dependent to the family, consumptive, used up of the health budget, and useless jugment in the community. However, the existing of the BKL IMPALA group in the community indicates that the elderly in the BKL IMPALA group as an asset or potential human resources to participate in the development of RW 04 Pancoran, and they are not family’s or development’s burden. The result of this research that the elderly have been health, and active in every BKL IMPALA’s or community’s activity. Their activities have been shown in every activity that held by BKL IMPALA and they are to become motivator in every activity. They always give an very good idea to the RW 04 development. For BKL IMPALA group, it is better to keep giving opportunity to the elderly to be active in the all activities in the community. For further research can be done by focusing on how the elderly that are an asset for the development can generate the good values or wisdoms to the youth as an further generation in RW 04 Pancoran, South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe the social capital that is owned by the working group members of PHBS of SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta in an effort to implement a clean and healthy living behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach and is a descriptive research through data collection techniques in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of this research shows that social capital is owned by members of the working group of PHBS of SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta can support its success in an effort to implement clean and healthy living behavior.
