<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study to examine and analyze the effect of activeness in theorganization, self-efficacy and internships on work readiness with learning achievement as an intervening variable in students majoringin management of the Economics and Business Faculty of the Tanjungpura University. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students majoring in management class of 2015 and 2016. The number of samples of 70 respondents were selected by purposive sampling, then processing data using path analysis.The results of the first model research show that the activity variable in the organization has a negative and not significant effect on learning achievement, self efficacy has a negative and significant effect on learning achievement while the internship has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement. the ability of the apprenticeship variable to explain its effect on learning achievement was 25.2%, the rest influenced by other variables. . The results of the second model of the study showed that the variables of activeness in the organization, self-efficacy, apprenticeship and learning achievement had a positive and significant effect on work readiness, the ability of the variables to explain their influence on work readiness was 17% active in the organization, while the rest was influenced by other variables, self efficacy by 34, The remaining 9% is influenced by other variables, while 49.8% is influenced by other variables and the remaining 3.5% is influenced by other variables. Keywords: work readiness, activeness in organization, self efficacy, internships and learning.DAFTAR PUSTAKA Andika, K.
