Abstract

This study aims to capture the codicological aspects and texts of the ancient Mushaf A. 648 in the collection of the National Library of Indonesia and how the contextualization of these manuscripts is from a historical perspective. In analyzing it, the writer uses a codicological and textological analysis approach. The results showed that Mushaf A 648 in the collection of the National Library of Indonesia was strongly suspected of originating from Aceh. It is not known who copied this manuscript. However, it doesn't seem like an ordinary person. The writing strokes display the art of the beauty of the letters which is quite impressive. In addition, the use of ink in Mushaf A 648 only takes red, black and yellow. For illumination, there is only the beginning and end. The colors red, yellow and black are very dominating with quite detailed and neat processing. The motifs and decorations of Mushaf A. 648 are identical to those of Acehnese decorations. Furthermore, Mushaf A 648 uses 4 tajwid marking systems, namely  ظ ,غنہ ,ادغم ,خ. While the rasm used is dominated by rasm imla'i.

Abstract

The phenomenon of divorce in Indonesia increases every year with various problems faced in a family. As time goes by, problems and solutions to overcome these problems also change, so that solutions that were commonly used in the past to deal with current household disputes are not appropriate. If referring to the interpretation of QS. al-Rūm [30]: 21 does not yet fully contain an interpretation regarding the current phenomenon of the concepts of sakinah mawadah and rahmah. This paper tries to respond to this problem by analyzing the interpretation of the QS. al-Rūm [30]: 21 uses the Qirā'ah Mubādalah perspective. The results of this research include; First, the interpretation of QS. al-Rūm [30]: 21 in the perspective of mubādalah is Allah SWT. shows one of the signs of His greatness by creating for his servants couples (both husband and wife) of the same kind so that they both feel calm and at ease, and tend to each partner. Then, to obtain this calm and tranquility, Allah SWT. bring a sense of love and affection between the two. These are the signs of His greatness for a people who think. Second, in its literal pronunciation, the verse discusses men who obtain peace from their wives, but in terms of its meaning, this verse also applies to women who obtain peace from their husbands. This is emphasized in the phrase bainakum which shows the reciprocal meaning between husband and wife.

Abstract

In the reality of social life, there are so diverse communities with a variety of social life backgrounds, including LGBT groups. Many people who assess variously about the existence of LGBT, both from academics, activists of feminism and society in general. This difference is caused by a different perspective on the LGBT community regarding whether human sexual orientation that leads to homosexuality is something that is natural, or constructed by cultural aspects? This paper aims to find out how the Al-Quran responds to the legality of LGBT people with the Tafsir Maudhu'i approach. This approach was carried out in order to gain a full understanding of LGBT legality. In the Koran, it is explained that Allah created human beings in pairs (azwaj)> In another verse it is also mentioned, where the word pair is clarified with the next words, dzakr (male) and camel (female) (QS. An-Najm [53]: 45 and al-Qiyamah [75]: 39). This shows, while at the same time breaking the assumption of some people who understand the meaning of zauj with a gender partner (social sex). Keyword: LGBT, Sexual behavior, Sexual orientation Abstrak Dalam realitas kehidupan sosial, ada begitu beragam masyarakat dengan berbagai latar belakang kehidupan sosialnya, termasuk di dalamnya kelompok LGBT. Banyak kalangan yang menilai secara beragam tentang keberadaan LGBT, baik dari kalangan akademisi, pegiat feminisme maupun masyarakat pada umumnya. Perbedaan ini disebabkan cara pandang yang berbeda terhadap komunitas LGBT mengenai apakah orientasi seksual manusia yang mengarah ke homoseksual merupakan sesuatu yang bersifat fitrah, atau dikonstruk oleh aspek budaya? Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bagaimana respon Al-Quran terhadap legalitas kaum LGBT dengan pendekatan Tafsir Maudhu’i. Pendekatan ini dilakukan supaya mendapatkan pemahaman secara utuh terhadap legalitas LGBT. Dalam al-Quran dijelaskan bahwa Allah menciptakan manusia dengan berpasang-pasangan (azwaj), supaya diantara keduanya merasa tenang dan tentram. Di ayat lain juga disebutkan, dimana kata berpasangan diperjelas dengan kata-kata berikutnya, dzakr (laki-laki) dan untsa (perempuan) (QS. an-Najm [53]: 45 dan al-Qiyamah [75]: 39). Ini menunjukkan, sekaligus mematahkan anggapan sebagian orang yang memahami makna zauj dengan pasangan gender (jenis kelamin sosial). Kata Kunci: LGBT, Perilaku seksual, Orentasi seksual
