Abstract

The purpose of this research are to determine and analyse the influence of Inflation and SBI rate to Stock Price at Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population used in this research are all Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique is a census, so the sample size used was the entire population that 10 Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Method used in this research is quantitative research. According to the result of regression analysis find that:inflation have significance effects to Stock Price at Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange, SBI Rate have significance effects to Stock Price at Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. (3) Inflation, SBI Rate have significance effects to Stock Price at Food and Beverage Manufacturing Company that go public In Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari peneIitian ini adaIah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh komunikasi interpersonaI dan motivasi kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada Bank SumseI Cabang BabeI Jakabaring PaIembang dengan jumIah popuIasi 44 orang. Teknik pengambiIan sampeI daIam peneIitian ini menggunakan metode sampIing purposive yaitu penentuan sampeI dengan memperhatikan kriteria. DaIam peneIitian ini sampeI berdasarkan jumIah karyawan tetap Bank SumseI BabeI cabang Jakabaring PaIembang yang berjumIah 35 orang yang menjadi responden. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpuIan data adaIah angket (kuesioner), wawancara dan observasi. Teknik anaIisis data yang digunakan daIam peneIitian ini adaIah regresi Iinier berganda, anaIisis koreIasi, anaIisis determinasi, uji hipotesis t, dan uji hipotesis F menggunakan SPSS 21 for Windows.HasiI peneIitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsiaI dan simuItan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonaI dan motivasi kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada Bank SumseI BabeI Cabang Jakabaring PaIembang. HaI ini terbukti dari uji-t variabeI komunikasi interpersonaI yaitu 0,004 < 0,05 dan variabeI motivasi kerja 0,002 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasiI uji F yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti semua variabeI bebas mempengaruhi variabeI terikat secara simuItan. Kata kunci : Komunikasi lnterpersonaI, Motivasi Kerja , Kinerja Karyawan  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an infIuence of interpersonaI communication and work motivation on improving empIoyee performance at Bank SumseI BabeI Jakabaring PaIembang Branch with a popuIation of 44 peopIe. The sampIing technique in this study used purposive sampIing method, nameIy the determination of the sampIe by taking into account the criteria. ln this study, the sampIe was based on the number of permanent empIoyees of the Bank SumseI BabeI branch of Jakabaring PaIembang, which amounted to 35 peopIe who became respondents. The method used for data coIIection is a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews and observations. The data anaIysis techniques used in this study were muItiple linear regression, correIation anaIysis, determination anaIysis, t hypothesis testing, and F hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 for Windows.The resuIts showed that partiaIIy and simuItaneousIy there was a significant infIuence between interpersonaI communication and work motivation on improving empIoyee performance at Bank SumseI BabeI, Jakabaring PaIembang branch. This is evident from the t-test of interpersonaI communication variabIes, nameIy 0.004 <0.05 and work motivation variabIe 0.002 <0.05. Based on the results of the F test, nameIy 0.000 <0.05, which means that aII independent variabIes affect the dependent variabIe simuItaneousIy. Keywords:lnterpersonaI Communication, Work Motivation, EmpIoyee Performance

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 diyakini memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar pada beberapa industri, salah satunya adalah industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak ekonomi dari pandemi Covid-19 terhadap industri pariwisata di Kota Palembang, serta langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan terhadap pemulihan industri pariwisata di Kota Palembang akibat pandemi Covid-19. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh industri pariwisata yang ada di Kota Palembang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden yang dipilih secara random selection. Pendekatan pengumpulan data meliputi data kualitatif, sedangkan sumber data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari survei, observasi, dan wawancara dengan responden. Dengan menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman, proses analisis data dimulai dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, serta verifikasi dan triangulasi data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 berdampak langsung terhadap penurunan pendapatan pelaku sektor pariwisata di Kota Palembang, tingkat hunian hotel, pendapatan pelaku sektor pariwisata, dan kontribusi industri pariwisata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. pendapatan per kapita Kota Palembang. Untuk memitigasi dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap sektor pariwisata di Kota Palembang, beberapa strategi telah ditetapkan. Diantaranya mempersiapkan dan membuka destinasi wisata dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat, melaksanakan program Cleanliness, Health, and Safety (CHS) bagi seluruh pelaku sektor pariwisata, serta melakukan inovasi dan peningkatan sektor pariwisata. dan meningkatkan kualitas daya tarik wisata dan produk ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at PT. KOI Cafe Indonesia. The sample in this study was 99 consumers of PT. KOI Cafe Indonesia. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, processed using the computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study indicate that Product Quality, Service Quality, and Promotion simultaneously influence Purchasing Decisions. This is proven through statistical testing, which indicates that the null hypothesis is rejected, thus accepting the alternative hypothesis. Partially, each of the independent variables—Product Quality, Service Quality, and Promotion—also proved to influence Purchasing Decisions. This conclusion is based on a significance value smaller than the predetermined probability limit, indicating that the influence is statistically acceptable.
