<![CDATA[Abstrak Prakerin ini adalah sebuah program yang menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kesiapan kerja bagi peserta didik SMK. Sekolah SMK ini bertujuan untuk mencetak kesiapan kerja para peserta didiknya sebagai tenaga kerja tingkat menengah yang siap kerja di dunia usaha atau dunia industri.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja.(2)Untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi memasuki dunia kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja.(3)Untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel pengalaman praktik kerja industri terhadap motivasi dunia kerja dan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII SMK Ketintang Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Motivasi Memasuki Dunia Kerja dan Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja peserta didik kelas XII SMK Ketintang tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rhitung sebesar 0,624 dan nilai fhitung sebesar 33,123 > ftabel 3,090, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,389 yang artinya sebesar 38,90% kedua variabel ini secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Kesiapan Kerja. Persamaan garis regresi Y = 0,279X1 + 0,365X2 + 27,142. Kata Kunci: Prakerin, Motivasi, Kesiapan Kerja Abstract The influence of industria is a program that produces graduates who have job readiness for students of vocational high school. This vocational school aims to print the readiness of the work of the students as the workforce level of medium ready to work in the business world or industrial world. The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of variables of industrial work experience on work preparedness. To analyze the influence of motivation variable entering the work world to work preparedness (3) To analyze the influence of variables of industrial work practice experience to motivation of work world and readiness of student of class XII Ketintang Vocational High School Surabaya. This research uses quantitative research method. Motivation Entering the World of Work and Industrial Work Practice Experiences together have a positive and significant effect on Working Readiness of students of class XII Ketintang Vocational High School year lesson 2016/2017 which is indicated by the value rcount amount 0,624 and value fcount amount 33,123 > ftable 3,090, Coefficient of determination amount 0,389 which mean amount 38,90% These two variables simultaneously affect Readiness Work.
