Abstract

Banyak cara untuk memberikan pengenalan budaya yang dapat dengan mudah dipahami anak, salah satunya melalui buku cerita bergambar dengan menampilkan obyek yang menarik sebagai pusat perhatiannya. Saat ini tidak banyak buku cerita bergambar untuk anak usia dini yang mengandung nilai kebudayaan Indonesia misalnya yang mengenalkan tokoh wayang. TK Khalifah Surabaya merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan untuk anak usia dini yang ingin mengenalkan budaya Indonesia khususnya wayang kepada anak didiknya sebagai upaya penanaman kecintaan pada budaya sendiri. Media buku cerita bergambar yang bertokoh pewayangan Gatotkaca dengan warna dan ilustrasi yang lucu serta penulisan alur cerita yang sederhana dirasa tepat dan sesuai sebagai langkah awal mengenalkan kisah pewayangan. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas maka masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana pembuatan buku cerita bergambar dengan tokoh Gatotkaca sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas B TK Khalifah Surabaya?; 2) Bagaimana penerapan buku cerita bergambar dengan tokoh Gatotkaca sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas B TK Khalifah Surabaya? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan yang menghasilkan produk berupa buku cerita sebagai media pembelajaran serta mengembangkannya melalui beberapa tahap pengujian sehingga layak untuk diujicobakan. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, isi materi dan tampilan  buku cerita bergambar dinilai sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari penilaian yang diberikan oleh validator media yaitu Bapak Marsudi S.Pd., M. Pd. yang mencapai prosentase 89% (sangat baik), dan penilaian oleh Ibu Ika Subekti Utami S.S, selaku guru TK Khalifah Surabaya yang mencapai prosentase 92%(sangat baik). Buku cerita yang telah divalidasi tersebut selanjutnya diujicobakan. Uji coba buku cerita bergambar dengan tokoh Gatotkaca sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas B TK Khalifah Surabaya menunjukkan hasil nilai 4 atau prosentase 94% (sangat baik) untuk aktivitas guru dan nilai 4 atau prosentase 92% (sangat baik) untuk aktivitas siswa. Kata Kunci: Media pembelajaran, Buku cerita, Gatotkaca.   At this time not many books story with picture for kids that contains the value of Indonesian culture, which tell them about Indonesian traditional puppet for example. Khalifa’s school of kindergarten in Surabaya is one of an education institute for kids who wants to tell about Indonesian culture, Indonesian traditional puppet exactly as one of our culture. There so many ways to give culture education that easily to understand by children, using story book with picture can be choosen. Because it sound an object as their limelight. And the first step to tell the kids about puppetry story Khalifa’s school used story book with full colors and funny illustration, simply storyline which tell about Gatotkaca. It fell so right ad good for the first steep. But the problem for this research are: 1) How to make the picture book about Gatotkaca as instructional meda for second grade at Khalifa’s school?; 2) How to application the picture book and Gatotkaca as instructional media for second grade at Khalifa’s school?. And the methods used in this study is method of result and development to produce the product of instructional media and develop it throught several stage of tasting, so that will proper for the trial. Validation of the content materials and appearance this picture book get the very good result. This can be seen from the result of validation by validator media Mr. Marsudi S.Pd., M.Pd. which reached a presentage of 89% (very good), and second validation is Mrs. Ika Subekti Utami S.S, as the teacher of Khaifa’s school which reached of precentaged of  92% (very good). Then the validation results are tested. The trial of picture book about Gatotkaca as instructional media at second gradeKhalifa’s school Surabaya, rached aprecentaged of 94% (very good) for the teacher activity and for student activity, reached apresentaged of 92% (very good).            Keyword :  Manufacture, Story book, Gatotkaca.

Abstract

In the increasingly competitive banking industry, employee performance has become a critical factor in determining organizational success. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on the performance of marketing division employees at PT XXX. The pre-survey results indicated that the work environment was perceived as suboptimal, particularly in terms of facilities, workplace comfort, and collaborative support. Work motivation was largely driven by rewards, recognition, and achievement orientation, although weaknesses remained in the clarity of performance targets and promotion opportunities. A quantitative approach was employed using survey methods with 35 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis was applied to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.956, while work motivation also exerts a significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.474. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance, contributing 54.6% to performance variation, with the remaining 45.4% explained by other factors outside the model. These results highlight that improving the quality of the work environment and enhancing employee motivation are strategic steps to strengthen the performance of PT XXX’s marketing division employees.
