Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of inventory planning carried out by the company and by using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method. The data obtained is based on the records made by the researcher to the Corina factory for a period of 3 years in 2019 -2021 . The data used in this study are: sales data, production data, purchase data of soybean raw materials, raw material inventory data, soybean raw material ordering cost data, raw material storage cost data. The analysis was carried out using the EOQ formula, safety stock, reorder point. Soybean raw materials carried out by the Corina factory is considered less effective because there is an excess of available raw materials compared to their use for a period of 3 years, while the control of raw materials according to EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) is considered more efficient and optimal. . It is proven that there is a decrease in inventory costs (order costs and storage costs) of Rp. 25,315,412 with a purchase frequency of 4 times a year. Meanwhile, the raw material control carried out by the Corina factory before using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was Rp. 31,675,608 for ordering costs and Rp 428,640 for holding costs , so the total inventory cost before using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method was Rp 32,104. 248.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan total quality management dan just in time terhadap kinerja operasional pada usaha Coffeeshop Awor Coffee. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah responden yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama variabel total quality management dan just in time terhadap kinerja operasional pada usaha Coffeeshop Awor Coffee. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial total quality management dan just in time berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional Awor Coffee. Hal ini menunjukkan jika total quality management dan just in time meningkat maka kinerja operasional juga akan meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify Product Quality influence on Competitive Advantage HokBen Yogyakarta, To identify Product Innovation affects Competitive Advantage HokBen Yogyakarta, To identify I Novasi Product and Product Quality influence simultaneously on HokBen Competitive Advantage Yogyakarta. The sample taken was some of HokBen's consumers in Yogyakarta who numbered 100. The method used in data testing and analysis is SPSS 24. The results of this study show that Product Quality has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage, Product Innovation has a significant effect on Competitive Advantage, Product Quality and Product Innovation have a simultaneous effect on Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

Business growth includes an increase in the number of turnover and an increase in the number of employees, which means if the business grows, its sales also increase. Efforts for SMEs to develop, the competitiveness of SMEs needs to be developed. Several factors can affect the growth of SMEs, so SMEs are required to innovate business models, increase trust, and commitment to customers in order to remain competitive with competitors out there. Due to the increasingly diverse needs of consumers, business people must also offer quality services so that consumers can feel comfortable. The primary purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business model innovation, customer trust, and customer commitment on SME business growth: a survey of the SME business at the Handicraft Center in Bantul. The population used in this research is the UKM craft center in Bantul. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that business model innovation has a positive and significant effect on SME business growth, business model innovation through customer trust has a positive and insignificant impact on SME business growth, and business model innovation through customer commitment has a positive and significant impact on SME business growth.
