Abstract

 AbstractThe objective of this research was to know the Acculturation of Culture between Transmigrant Communities with Local Communities in Desa Tunggal Bhakti Kecamatan Kembayan  Kabupaten Sanggau. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach method. The techniques of data collection observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments were the directive of observation, directive of interview, and the documentation tools. The research showed the Acculturation in the form of social organization has been mixed, because social organization carries the name of an ethnic but its membership has mixed up. Caused by several factors namely marriage, inheritance of membership and religion.Acculturation in the form of livelihood in the form of livelihood change, job change and cooperation among tribes. Changes in the system of the shift of the Dayak agricultural system from cultivation of dry field to wet field, changes in the work of the Javanese became better and can be rubber gardening, and inter-tribal cooperation on the activities pengarih or sambetan. Acculturation Language in the form of Javanese language blend Dayak people can speak Java and vice vers. Acculturation of Arts in the form of participation and enthusiasm of citizens towards Javanese arts (Kuda lumping) and the original art of Dayak tribe (Tari Perang)Keyword : Acculturation, Culture, Ethnic, Javanese, Dayak

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with very abundant natural resources. This can make Indonesia a country with the largest economy in the world. However, Indonesia still has social problems, namely poverty and unemployment. This research aims to explain this problem through empowerment, especially through improving micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs). This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach supported by secondary data. The results of this research, viewed from an economic aspect, state that the existence of SMEs has an important role in improving the Indonesian economy, especially in the formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and community welfare. The higher the level of social welfare, the higher the country's economic development and growth. For this reason, a strategy is needed to improve MSMEs, one of which is by utilizing advances in digital technology through e-commerce and social media. The government's role is to improve digital infrastructure so that internet access speed can be evenly distributed. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan kekayaan sumber daya alam yang sangat melimpah. Hal ini dapat menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara dengan ekonomi skala besar di dunia. Akan tetapi, Indonesia masih memiliki kendala pada permasalahan sosial yaitu kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan masalah tersebut melalui pemberdayaan, khususnya melalui peningkatan terhadap usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka yang didukung oleh data-data sekunder. UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia, terutama terhadap pembentukan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk itu, UMKM perlu dikembangkan salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi digital melalui e-commerce dan media sosial. Peran pemerintah juga sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan infrastruktur digital agar kecepatan akses internet dapat merata.

Abstract

This research discusses the planning and design of Bojonegoro Creative Hub as the main supporter of creative economic development in Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. Focusing on the Modern Architecture concept approach, the research integrates modern elements with local symbols, particularly the cultural value of the Bengawan Solo River. The research method involves literature study, field survey, and design analysis to illustrate the integration of the concept. The results of this research provide practical guidance for the development of similar projects, highlighting the importance of integrating modern innovations with local cultural roots. It is expected that the implementation of Modern Architecture concepts with local values, such as the Bengawan Solo River, can encourage creative economic growth and strengthen local identity. The findings support efforts to realize Bojonegoro's economic and cultural potential in a sustainable manner. Keywords: Bojonegoro Creative Hub, Modern Architecture, Local Cultural Values
