Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women. The study used an observational analytic design with a case control with analysis using bivariate and multivariate methods. The results show that a significant relationship with the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women, namely pregnancy distance, KEK status, compliance with Fe Consumption, Achievement of ANC visits and History of exposure to Covid19. The factors that most influenced the incidence of anemia were Compliance with Fe Tablet Consumption, mother's KEK status and history of exposure to Covid19. Age and history of premarital counseling were not significant to the incidence of anemia. Conclusion compliance with consumption of Fe tablets is the most influential factor on the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at new normal era. Abstract

Kecamatan Manggala merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang berada di Kota Makassar, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang memiliki potensi kerawanan terhadap genangan dan banjir serta sebagian tergolong sebagai kawasan kumuh yang rentan terhadap bencana kebakaran. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tingkat kerawanan bencana banjir dan kebakaran di Kecamatan Manggala dengan menggunakan metode overlay, skoring dan pembobotan parameter kerawanan banjir dan kebakaran. Metode ini memungkinkan penggabungan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kerawanan kedua bencana tersebut, seperti kemiringan lereng, bentang alam, penggunaan lahan, curah hujan, kondisi permukiman serta infrastruktur yang ada. Faktor-faktor tersebut kemudian diberi bobot sesuai dengan tingkat pengaruhnya terhadap kerawanan banjir dan kebakaran, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik overlay untuk menghasilkan peta kerawanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daerah dengan kepadatan penduduk tinggi, penggunaan lahan yang tidak terkendali, dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai memiliki kerawanan tinggi terhadap banjir dan kebakaran. Manggala District is one of the sub-districts located in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province which has the potential to be vulnerable to inundation and flooding and is partially classified as a slum area that is vulnerable to fire disasters. This study aims to identify and analyze the level of flood and fire vulnerability in Manggala District by using the overlay, scoring and weighting methods of flood and fire vulnerability parameters. This method allows the combination of various factors that affect the vulnerability of the two disasters, such as slope, landscape, land use, rainfall, settlement conditions and existing infrastructure. These factors are then weighted according to the level of influence on flood and fire vulnerability, then analyzed using overlay techniques to produce vulnerability maps. The results show that areas with high population density, uncontrolled land use, and inadequate infrastructure have high vulnerability to floods and fires.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kerentanan terhadap bencana banjir dan kebakaran di Kecamatan Manggala dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi kerentanan bencana, seperti faktor fisik dan wilayah, sosial budaya, serta ekonomi. Tingkat kerentanan di wilayah tersebut diperoleh melalui analisis overlay yang mempertimbangkan indikator-indikator kerentanan terhadap bencana banjir dan kebakaran. Penentuan nilai kerentanan bencana didasarkan pada total skor dari berbagai parameter yang mempengaruhi terjadinya bencana tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah yang berada di kawasan rawan banjir dan kebakaran cenderung memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang lebih tinggi, terutama jika terletak di dekat kawasan dengan kepadatan bangunan dan penduduk yang tinggi, keteraturan dan kualitas bangunan yang buruk, serta keberadaan lahan produktif dan kawasan industri. Temuan dalam penelitian ini memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pengambilan keputusan dalam perencanaan mitigasi bencana dan pengelolaan risiko. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan langkah-langkah mitigasi yang dapat mengurangi kerentanan di wilayah yang teridentifikasi rawan terhadap bencana banjir dan kebakaran. This study aims to examine the vulnerability to flood and fire disasters in Manggala District by integrating various factors that affect disaster vulnerability, such as physical and regional factors, socio-cultural, and economic. The level of vulnerability in the region was obtained through overlay analysis that considered indicators of vulnerability to flood and fire disasters. The determination of the disaster vulnerability value is based on the total score of various parameters that affect the occurrence of the disaster. The results show that areas located in flood- and fire-prone areas tend to have a higher level of vulnerability, especially if they are located near areas with high building and population density, as well as paying attention to the order and quality of buildings, the existence of productive land, and industrial areas. These findings provide a strong foundation for decision-making in disaster mitigation planning and risk management. The study also recommends mitigation measures that can reduce vulnerability in areas identified as prone to flood and fire disasters.
