Abstract

Penyimpanan semen dalam bentuk cair membutuhkan pengencer dan krioprotektan berupa kuning telur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi kuning telur ayam (Gallus sp.) strain hisex brown yang paling baik dalam pengencer CEP-D untuk mempertahankan motilitas spermatozoa sapi Brahman selama penyimpanan temperatur refrigerator (4-5°C). Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan lima kali ulangan. Pengamatan motilitas dengan menggunakan mikroskop perbesaran 200x. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi kuning telur ayam (Gallus sp.) strain hisex brown dalam pengencer CEP-D berpengaruh nyata terhadap motilitas spermatozoa sapi Brahman selama penyimpanan pada temperatur 4-5°C. Konsentrasi terbaik kuning telur ayam (Gallus sp.) strain hisex brown pada pengencer CEP-D adalah 20% dan 25% yang mampu mempertahankan persentase motilitas spermatozoa sebesar 39,50 ± 0,66 dan 41,50 ± 1,66% selama 9 hari pada penyimpanan temperatur 4-5°C. Abstract

Personnel data management in the military is a crucial aspect in supporting the operational effectiveness of units. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Personnel Information System (Sisfopers) at Kogartap II/Bandung to make data management more efficient, secure, and integrated with the existing military IT infrastructure. The research method employed is developmental research (R&D) with a qualitative-descriptive approach, supplemented by data collection through literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The system is developed using the SDLC (Waterfall) model and UML to model functional requirements and process flows. The results indicate that the developed Sisfopers can accelerate administrative processes, maintain the security and integrity of personnel data, and support data-driven decision-making by the leadership. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the development of personnel information systems in other military environments
