Abstract

Saat ini, banyak orang yang datang ke rumah sakit untuk mengendalikan dan mengobati berbagai penyakit. Namun, menurunnya citra rumah sakit di Pekanbaru tidak berlaku untuk Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru. Meski jumlah pasien bertambah setiap tahun, namun Rumah Sakit Syafira masih belum menerima citra positif secara maksimal. Minimnya informasi yang didapat mengenai pasien Way Home Syafira Pekanbaru membuat masyarakat tidak tahu apa fasilitas dan keunggulan yang dimiliki rumah sakit Syafira dibandingkan rumah sakit lain. Ada beberapa pasien yang memilih untuk pindah dari rumah sakit Syafira oleh kurangnya waktu yang cepat dan tepat dari layanan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Jika situasi ini dibiarkan tak terkendali dan melakukan penelitian serta studi ilmiah dan mendalam, dikhawatirkan akan terjadi penurunan di Rumah Sakit pelanggan Syafira Pekanbaru. Ini sangat fatal bagi kelangsungan hidup rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Pengaruh Pemasaran dan Hubungan Masyarakat dan Kualitas Layanan Klien Rumah Sakit Citra Syafira Pekanbaru. Secara parsial, diperoleh kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan 3.100 3.757. Dari perhitungan Fhitung 162 737 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Karena F lebih besar dari F tabel (3,94) dan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 (5%) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerjaan hipotesi H3 yang berbunyi "Ada pengaruh positif pemasaran hubungan masyarakat dan kualitas pelanggan secara bersamaan pada gambar dari Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru ", diterima. Juga diperoleh Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,878 berarti variabel public relations pemasaran dan kualitas layanan secara bersamaan berkontribusi terhadap citra rumah sakit sebesar 87,8%, dan 12,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Alumni Network of Islamic Boarding Schools in the development of Islamic religious education in the Meranti Islands Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that focuses on the alumni network of Islamic boarding schools in developing Islamic religious education, especially in the Meranti Islands Regency, and then presents and describes it as it is. The population in this study is alumni of Islamic boarding schools who are members of the BKAPP Organization using data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The analysis technique in this study uses data triangulation. The results of the study show that the establishment of BKAPP is a form of real alumni service to teachers, society, and the state as a form of totality to be human, humanized, and humanized and as a foundation in developing Islamic religious education in Meranti Islands Regency. The Islamic boarding school alumni network comprises not only Islamic boarding school alumni but also the community. This makes the BKAPP alumni organization unique and different from alumni organizations. The contribution of Islamic boarding school alumni can be seen in existing Islamic boarding school educational institutions. The existence of Islamic boarding school alumni motivates the community to race against each other and make education important.
