Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of work motivation on employee job satisfaction Andalas University in order to implement financial management Public Service Agency (BLU). To perform the testing stages of data used 284 employees at the University of Andalas Padang. The process of data collection is done by using the observation that involves researchers directly. The data used is primary data which sought to disseminate research questionnaires to the respondents who have met the sampling criteria. In this study there are two types of variables are used, the first is the independent variable is motivation. The second is the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The process of hypothesis testing is done with quantitative methods. The model used is a simple linear regression. Based on the test results found that motivation significantly influence employee job satisfaction Andalas University in order to implement financial management Public Service Agency (BLU)

Abstract

Abstract

Annual report awars affect the return of the company, in order to obtain an indication that companies are implementing GCG well responded by the market that investors. This research aimed to obtain the differences of abnormal return by before, at the time, and after annual report award of announcement period. Sampling was done in purposive sampling, which is a sampling based on a common characteristic that is inherent in a sample, the goal is to specialize which companies deserve the ARA Award. Before perfoming the hypothesis testing conducted prior to normality test. Normality testing was intended to see whether the sample data are normally distributed or not. Normality testing was conducted using one sample kolmogorov-smirnov test contained in the SPSS program. The hypothesis to be tested in this study using the event study with paired sample t-test. The result shows that abnormal return differences between befors and during also after the announcement of ARA. This research recomended that market adjusted model must be choise by return estimated with market index.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of Service Quality Impact on Patient Satisfaction of Pakan Kamis Public Health Center District Tilatang Kamang Agam.. The population in this study were patients using BPJS card whose Health Facility in Level I was registered at Pakan Kamis Public Health Center. In connection with the purpose of the above research, we hypothesized that "there is a significant influence partially and simultaneously between service quality which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction at Pakan Kamis Public Health Center. The analysis used in this research is Binary Logistic Regression Analysis to know the effect of service quality to patient satisfaction hence obtained result that physical evidence (tangible) have positive effect 0,233 and not significant with value 0183, reliability (reliability) have positive effect 0,159 and not significant with a value of 0.042, responsiveness (positive responsiveness) of 0.283 and significant with the value of 0.016, assurance (assurance) has a positive effect of 0.311 and significant with the value 0.014, empathy (emphaty) has a positive effect of 0.103 and significant with the value 0.041.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation to work on teacher performance. The population in this study were teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Agam. Samples taken as many as 35 respondents using census techniques. The data analysis methods that I use in conducting this research is using validity and reliability test, descriptive analysis of variables, multiple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been done, it is known that the work discipline variable (X1) positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, it is evidenced by a significant probability value to the work discipline is 0,001 less than 0.05. It was identified that work motivation (X2) has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, it is proved by the probability of significant value to the work motivation of 0,003 is much smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out aims to find out how much influence the Brand Image and Product Quality have on the Interest in Buying Xiaomi Products. In this study, the author utilizes primary data that has been obtained from the results of research by distributing questionnaires or a list of structured statements and answered directly by respondents. In this research, the population is STIE Haji Agus Salim Students, Bukittinggi, which numbered 396 people. For sampling, Slovin formula is used, so that the sample obtained is 80 people and given a questionnaire, then the data is processed using SPSS version 17 and the stages of testing instruments in this study used testing validity and reliability testing using binary logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Brand Image and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Buying Interest Xiaomi Products. While Product Quality is the most dominant variable that influences Buying Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine The Effect of Product Quality and Promotion to Decision Purchase The Tri Card. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are data Primary and data Secondary. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The study population were the student of STIE HAS Bukittinggi department of management reguler morning, afternoon, and Saturday Sunday year 2016, 2017, and 2018 and the sample will be taken as many as 74 people who took the technique sampling based on the slovin formula. The data analysis method used is instrument test namely a Test Validity and test Reliability, Test of Regression Model and Descriptive Variable Analysis (TCR). Data were analyzed using logistic binary regression. The results showed (1) The product positively affects and significance to decision purchase the Tri card. (2) Promotion positively affect and significance to decision purchase the Tri card.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang in Bukittinggi City. To conduct the research, the authors used data from a structured questionnaire and a sample of 75 employees of PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City. This study uses the SPSS version 22 program and the test instruments used are validity and reliability tests using binary logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang, Bukittinggi City and motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Jam Gadang in Bukittinggi City and the most dominant variable affecting satisfaction is Work discipline. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Sulaman Lidya di Kota Bukittinggi. Untuk melakukan penelitian, penulis menggunakan data primer yang langsung diperoleh dari objek penelitian melalui pernyataan dari kuesioner yang terstruktur dan telah dijawab oleh responden, populasinya tak terhingga dan sampel 100 orang konsumen pada Toko Sulaman Lidya Di Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS dan uji instrument yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan analisis regresi binery logistic. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Sulaman Lidya Di Kota Bukittinggi dan promosi memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Toko Sulaman Lidya Di Kota Bukittinggi. Hasil pengujian secara simultan diketahui bahwa variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian adalah Harga. Kata kunci : keputusan pembelian, harga dan promosi
