Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of liquidity management on the financial performance of companies in the consumer cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019-2023. The primary focus of the research is to examine the effect of three liquidity ratios—Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), and Cash Ratio (CR)—on Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). Using a purposive sampling method, 50 companies that met the criteria were included in the analysis, which was conducted using panel data regression. The results show that none of the liquidity variables had a significant impact on ROCE, indicating that the company's liquidity level does not directly determine the performance of the capital used to generate profits in this sector. These findings provide valuable insights for companies and investors, suggesting that liquidity is not the only determining factor in capital management and profitability strategies. Therefore, companies and investors need to consider other variables that may influence financial performance, such as capital structure, operational efficiency, and market conditions, when formulating business strategies and investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the Learning Outcomes of Volleyball Upper Passing Using Standard Balls in Class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Utara with the type of PTK research with the test method with a total sample of 22 students in class XI IPS. The results showed that the initial data of the volleyball upper passing skills test showed that students who reached the KKM were 14%, namely 3 students were complete, 19 students were not complete (86%). In cycle one the first meeting there was an increase in completeness of 59%, namely 13 students completed and 9 students did not complete (41%). Then in cycle one the second meeting there was an increase in completeness of 68%, namely 15 students were complete and 7 students were not complete (32%) after that in cycle two the first meeting there was an increase in completeness of 73%, namely 16 students were complete and 6 students were not complete (27%). In cycle two the second meeting there was an increase in completeness of 82%, namely 18 students and 4 students (18%). In this study, using a standard ball can improve the learning outcomes of volleyball top passing.

Abstract

The application of biofertilizer and liquid smoke fertilizer is either method to increase the production of cucumber according to the environmentally friendly because it’s made from organic materials. The purpose of this research is to get the biofertilizer dose and the best concentration of the liquid smoke fertilizer to increase the growth and yield of fruit as well as the quality of seed cucumber. This research method is a field experiment that arranged by Completely Randomized Group Design (RAKL). The first factor is biofertilizer dose (P) that consist of 3 levels, that is: 5 ml/plant, 10 ml/plant and 15 ml/plant. The second factor is the concentration of the liquid smoke fertilizer (O) that consist of 3 levels that is: 1%, 2% and 3%. The control crops were fertilized according to the farmer’s habit of using NPK without biofertilizer and liquid smoke fertilizer treatment. The obtained data were analyzed by diversity analysis level 5%. To find out the significant differences between the control and the treatment, we did Contras Orthogonal Test level 5% and  Duncan Multiple Distance Test level 5%. The result showed that the combination of treatment was significantly better than the control. There is an interaction between the dose of  biofertilizer and concentration of liquid smoke on the vigor index parameter. The combination of P2O2 (biofertilizer 10 mL/plant and liquid smoke 2%) treatment is the best treatment on vigor index parameter.  The best P2 (dose of biofertilizer 10 mL/plant) treatment was on the parameter of fruit weight per plant. O2 (concentration of liquid smoke 2%) treatment was best on the parameters of fruit weight per swath.
