Abstract

PT Ganesha Abaditama merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam proses pengolahan rempah-rempah dan bumbu dengan salah satu produk yang dihasilkan ialah bubuk cabai. PT Ganesha Abaditama mengalami suatu permasalahan dalam menentukan jumlah produksi, dikarenakan suatu ketidakpastian jumlah permintaan disetiap periode waktunya. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan jumlah produksi pada perusahaan tersebut sangat diperlukan. Pada penelitian ini perencanaan jumlah produksi bubuk cabai dilakukan berdasarkan perkiraan permintaan dan jumlah persediaan pada PT Ganesha Abaditama. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi bubuk cabai ialah dengan menerapkan metode fuzzy mamdani. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka untuk dapat mengetahui berapa jumlah produk bubuk cabai yang harus diproduksi perusahaan, terlebih dahulu melakukan suatu perhitungan peramalan permintaan dari data historis dalam kurun waktu 12 bulan terakhir dengan menggunakan beberapa metode kuantitatif dengan time series. Penentuan jumlah produksi untuk periode berikutnya menggunakan data peramalan permintaan serta data persediaan. Jumlah permintaan produk bubuk cabai bulan Juli 2017 sebesar 7.228,137 kg, dengan jumlah persediaan produk cabai pada bulan atau periode sebelumnya Juni 2017 sebesar 10.656 kg sehingga jumlah produksi produk bubuk cabai dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani ialah sebesar 6.190 kg.

Abstract

Freedom of religion has taken place in the constitution of the state of Indonesia namely the 1945 Constitution Article 28E paragraph (2). In fact, the implementation of the law on the exercise of freedom in embracing Caste is still often treated differently. You should be commonplace because of the many factors that affect the various tribes, cultures and beliefs in Indonesia. Since this already exists, the Towani Tolotang people who are believers demand rights to the local people not to discriminate against them. This study is expected to contribute to the improvement and affirmation of the constitutional law on Human Rights.
